Feelin good, hit legs today ended with 8 sets of bicep curls. Feelin great. Feelin strong.

Gear feels like it's full kicked in. Then run not to much of an asshole tho so that feels nice. Very focused and driven right now.

Hitting all meals. Everything going smooth. I have no complaints. No sides to speak of. Life is good.

Back shot. I'm very surprised I'm staying lean eatting so much fuckin food. They amount I have to eat to bulk is just fuckin insane.

I'm getting it done tho.

Still pushin hard! Today I cut back the carbs a little upped the protein. Going to keep it like this for a few weeks. Sitting around 6,000 calioresa day. Meal every 2 hours. Couple meals 3 hours apart. 6 meals a day

Lifting heavy. Having fun again, been pushing slow and focused reps for about a year now.

Been fuckin pushing it again. Workin up to heavy sets. Hitting PR's daily. Not that I'm bragging, I just never really focused on pushin weight and trying to go heavy as I can.

Haven't missed a meal in a while. Eatting mostly clean, with one cheat meal a day. Starting next week. Only one cheat meal a week.

Going to throw in some whinny and var to really shred out. Keep protein super high. Will kill the appetite but that's what I'm lookin for.

No Visual side effects, no hair loss no acne. Mentally I'm fucked up!!! Watching werid ass porn. I'd say more but you guys would be like Jesus Christ this dudes a freak.

Takes me 30-45 mins to bust a nut. That can be tuff on the wife lol. Need to take some cabergoline but don't care enough to. Haven't taken any AI's in over a month. Nips everything perfect.

Approaching the end of my cycle, just want to lean out a little I guess. I'm happy with the weight I put on. Now I really want to see it.

I know it goes against my Ultimate goal, I been pushing everything super hard. Just want to see what I put on before I start cruisin.

I would suggest holding your weight high for a few months into your cruise. Need the time for the weight to hold on in all of my experience.

Then when you decide to start back on a cycle, just use that time to SLOWLY peel the fat off.

You're lean already, especially as hard as you're pushing food so, I wouldn't risk it.

Either way, you've done a great job buddy.

Here we go again! Been cruisin for around 4 months now. Feel like my body has recovered nicely. Sittin at 205 fasted in the am.

Body fat is good. Feel like I'm ready to push again. Never stopped training hard as fuck. Lowered the food for a couple weeks then pushed again.

Goal this cycle is 10 pounds lean muscle. 12-14 weeks.

750mg Test E (Gear Church)
400 Deca (Gear Church)
300 Tren E (Uncle Z)
50mg Tbol (Gear Church)
Halo 3 times a week. (British Dragon)


First shot was today. Been cruising on 200mg a week Test E (Gear Church)

Diet is around 5,500 calories, give or take. Going to push mostly clean food. With some bull shit at least once a day. Alot of juice, shit like that for extra cals. Going to be mostly beef and rice.

Wish me luck guys I hope this rum treats me good!

I'm curious about the test dose. Where do you expect your levels to be? is it beneficial to run such high test?

As high as possible haha. I really don't know if its worth it bro. Next run is going to be lower dose and see how it goes. Blood work was good about 4 months ago.

There is no way I don't have damage tho. Unless your a big big boy, I'd stick to lower runs.

what was your level? I've been between 1400-1800 on 325-350 sus250.

It's a bitch bro. Eatting so much food fuckin sucks at times. Starving sucks more though haha.

Ya bro I cut out the Tbol and dropped the Halo down to 2 times a week. Mondays and Tuesdays.

It was just fuckin with my appetite to much. Was really forcing the food down for a few days.

Just taking proviron 25mg a day pretty much all for orals, well the halo 2 times a week.
