What's your reasoning with taking the full 50mg tbol at once?

Taking any liver care. The combo of oral is probably causing the stress on the liver to slow your appetite

I Kind of use it pre-workout. I've cut out all orals tho. Last week. I take all the usual products for the liver. Appetite came back in 2 days.

Squats today,
315 for 5x10

Chest, and traps, Great workout. All meals in plus more. Feelin great. No sides, no bloat. No acne, no anything.

Definitely seeing improvements. Weighing the same but waist is getting smaller.

Thanks big man! I plan to in a couple years or less. I'm 6 foot 210. Skinny bitch. Would like to get to 230 lean then cut for stage.

Everything's going well, getting stronger everyday. Staying pumped for longer. Dropped all orals. Appetite is back full force.

I didn't relize it but halo bloat the shit out of my stomach. Dropped tbol to just cuz. Can't eat can't gain. I did add in proviron 50mg a day. Been almost a week now and god damn I love this stuff.

I want to fuck everything. All the girls look good at the gym even the old lady's. I got some things I'm dealing with mentally right now for sure, haha.

Dick harder then a Dimond. No lie I'm jerkin it 3 times a day and banging my wife at night time. I'd bang the wife more if I could, haha. She's great tho.

Gains are rolling in good. 213 on the am after the business is taken care of. Next 2 days off, time to eat chill with the family and relax.

Alright,

Pushin food like a mother fucker. Added in an extra meal before bed. 200g ground beef 250g white rice. Beef and rice 6 times. Backed down my rice from 300g to 200g each meal.

Training going great, feelin strong as fuck. Today is shoulders, chest and calfs.

Pens are going great. Rotating shoulders and ass. Not a mad shot yet. Penning eod.

Sides, having a little trouble sleeping. Sex drive is insane. Things seem to be leveling out. Sweatin like a mother fucker

Gainz pic, hanging out around 210. Scale hasn't moved in a few days but definitely getting tighter and waist gettin smaller

Hit chest and shoulders today. 12 sets 4 different exercises for chest, went heavy. Same for shoulders. Then 4 sets of bicep curls at the end 3 real sets and one pump/junk set.

Feelin good, destroying food.

430am protein shake. 2 scoops whey. 2 cups rice crispy cereal Grinded up.

900am beef shake, 200g ground beef. 210g white rice. Nice little pour of avocado oil added.

1100am 150g fish 200g potatoes

200 same as 9

Gym meal sane as 9

700pm 10oz steak 200g white rice

900pm

200g beef 200g white rice little ketchup and mustard.

I havent calculated in about a year. I've add in some new stuff few months back..

I think I'm sitting around 6500. I've found my sweet spot. It's a mother fucker. I swear to God I feel like I'm always eatting or making food haha.

I hear u...everywhere I go,people saying damn u always eating..especially at work..I tell them f off they always slacking,lol

Feelin good, hit legs today ended with 8 sets of bicep curls. Feelin great. Feelin strong.

Gear feels like it's full kicked in. Then run not to much of an asshole tho so that feels nice. Very focused and driven right now.

Hitting all meals. Everything going smooth. I have no complaints. No sides to speak of. Life is good.

Back shot. I'm very surprised I'm staying lean eatting so much fuckin food. They amount I have to eat to bulk is just fuckin insane.

I'm getting it done tho.

Just hit Test, Deca, Tren. Right ass cheek. Got a little bit of pain, on this one.

All in all everything is going great. No acne, sleeps ok. Moods not to bad. I've done this exact cycle but with out proviron and it didn't go as well.

Gainz are rolling in nice now. In the prime of my cycle as we speak.

Looking really great Seattle . I just started into a bit past 5 weeks . Deca/Test/Tren can definitely give a bit of pip. I will say that I do like being able to get a nice 2-3ml shot in twice a week vs daily harpooning on top of peptide/gh subq injections . Long ester test like undecanoate is great as well for vacation or work on the road. Kicking ass my friend. I definitely need to truly blast ! I started just adding a CC of Deca and EQ but am thinking I will just up my doses of Nan/Eq a bit as I am past the usual Bang! Just wanted it give my joints a headstart. The next 16 weeks gonna get my macros up there. Love that you are around 6500kcals. That is around my sweet spot but I’ve been just a bit over 5k(which is maintenance for me). Once I hit 6-7,400kcals ; I am definitely past 218-220 and ready to hit the heavy ass weight! Keep it up my friend !
