Never, been doing this for over 2 years now. I got my digestive system dialed in. I eat the same thing every day all day. If I do add in something new I'll know right away if it agrees with me or not

Here we go again! Been cruisin for around 4 months now. Feel like my body has recovered nicely. Sittin at 205 fasted in the am.

Body fat is good. Feel like I'm ready to push again. Never stopped training hard as fuck. Lowered the food for a couple weeks then pushed again.

Goal this cycle is 10 pounds lean muscle. 12-14 weeks.

750mg Test E (Gear Church)
400 Deca (Gear Church)
300 Tren E (Uncle Z)
50mg Tbol (Gear Church)
Halo 3 times a week. (British Dragon)


First shot was today. Been cruising on 200mg a week Test E (Gear Church)

Diet is around 5,500 calories, give or take. Going to push mostly clean food. With some bull shit at least once a day. Alot of juice, shit like that for extra cals. Going to be mostly beef and rice.

Wish me luck guys I hope this rum treats me good!

I'll post starting pics soon. This is a back pic I took lastnight.
Damn, you must be cranking to put down 5,500 calories of mostly clean food. I miss my younger days when I could eat like that! Looking forward to reading about your progress.

Gotta a place near me thats similar called Texas de Brazil. The concept is that the servers walk around with different kinds of proteins i.e. steak, chicken , lamb, bison, pork, ostrich, and maybe a few other kinds of meats and you get to pick what you like all-you-can-eat and the sides are served buffet style.
Yeah. Ive had that.

Just did Fogo de Chao a couple months back. It was even better than Texas de Brazil. I love all you cat filet and lamb chops!!

Ya.. It can be a mother fucker somedays. But I know what I need to grow so I'll get it down!! Haven't missed a meal in over a year.

Well.. got sick a couple weeks ago didn't eat for 3 days lost 10 pounds lol.

Update front shot, feelin good had a great workout. Just finished my 5th meal. One more to go then bed! Then back again tomorrow! Tomorrow is full leg day!

Looking really good! Got some good Beef on Ya!. Plus you have that X frame going . Nothing works than popsicle stick legs with a huge upper body . Kicking Ass Seattlesbeat

Been a good week, hit all my meals. Last couple of days I've been feeling bloated as fuck. Might have to cut orals out soon. I don't care about a little stomach bloat as long as I can get my meals in and get a good workout in it's bearable.

Hit back and Triceps yesterday, great workout today starting off with squats then blowing out the chest for the weekend. Shots smooth as every. Hitting 1.5ml eod. Weight is climbing up. Waking up at 208 now soild. Staying lean. Going to incorporate a few low calorie days to switch stuff up once a week and give the stomach a carb break.

Happy Friday! Watching the olympia prejudging now life is good!

Nice ! 208 upon waking tight is great ! I’m hoping my increased fiber, water intake and timing can keep my bf% down to where I feel good . I’ve always stayed very lean even while bulking but, I need to take advantage of the excess water weight to lift big weight and progress . I’m trying a different diet and strategy along with tons of healthful foods and it’s still hard controlling my appetite. Just going out to see shows, movies, etc ; I have engineered foods (bars & RTD drinks, nuts /seeds ) until I’m back at my house. Keep it up and have a good weekend. I’m triple tasking as we speak

Your a busy man haha. I hear ya on the water. I'm lookin like a have a thin layer of water right now as well and trying to take advantage of it. Good for you for going out snd still getting the meals in and eating heathly. That can be a fuckin bitch. I need to increase my fiber and water consumption! Feel so much stronger and healthier drinking a shit ton of water.

Feelin good. Apatite is a little shity. Not hard to get my meals in just taking longer to complete. I will not go to bed if I haven't hit my meal number. I'll fuckin eat till I die before bed if I have to.

Makin gainz for sure. Cut down carbs last 3 days going to carb up this weekend. Doing 5 days of high carbs 2 days of medium.

Shots going well. Next shot is tonight. 1.5g of deca test and Tren. Might cut out all orals if they continue to slow my appetite down. Tbol, and halo. Today is chest and calves and get a good pump in the arms and shoulders.

Last day of work for 2 weeks, grind time and family time!

Hit back and arms little chest pump. Feelin great, got a massage today. Was real tight in the neck, shoulders and back. Really needed the hamstrings hit but was no time.

Gains are coming in good hovering around 210, staying lean feelin way fuller. Started at around 200. Need to drink more water. Appetite has been complete shit but still getting all meals in.

Had so much good food for Christmas 🎄. That's why I'm extra full. Shot tonight. Test E, Deca and Tren E. Starting to sweat a little more. Sleep is getting shitty to. Done a few now. Never any pip. UNCLE Z and Church are top notch.
