Been cruisin for around 4 months now. Feel like my body has recovered nicely. Sittin at 205 fasted in the am.
Body fat is good. Feel like I'm ready to push again. Never stopped training hard as fuck. Lowered the food for a couple weeks then pushed again.
Goal this cycle is 10 pounds lean muscle. 12-14 weeks.

Diet is around 5,500 calories, give or take. Going to push mostly clean food. With some bull shit at least once a day. Alot of juice, shit like that for extra cals. Going to be mostly beef and rice.

Yeah. Ive had that.Gotta a place near me thats similar called Texas de Brazil. The concept is that the servers walk around with different kinds of proteins i.e. steak, chicken , lamb, bison, pork, ostrich, and maybe a few other kinds of meats and you get to pick what you like all-you-can-eat and the sides are served buffet style.

Update front shot, feelin good had a great workout. Just finished my 5th meal. One more to go then bed! Then back again tomorrow! Tomorrow is full leg day!

Been a good week, hit all my meals. Last couple of days I've been feeling bloated as fuck. Might have to cut orals out soon. I don't care about a little stomach bloat as long as I can get my meals in and get a good workout in it's bearable.
Hit back and Triceps yesterday, great workout today starting off with squats then blowing out the chest for the weekend. Shots smooth as every. Hitting 1.5ml eod. Weight is climbing up. Waking up at 208 now soild. Staying lean. Going to incorporate a few low calorie days to switch stuff up once a week and give the stomach a carb break.

I’m hoping my increased fiber, water intake and timing can keep my bf% down to where I feel good . I’ve always stayed very lean even while bulking but, I need to take advantage of the excess water weight to lift big weight and progress . I’m trying a different diet and strategy along with tons of healthful foods and it’s still hard controlling my appetite. Just going out to see shows, movies, etc ; I have engineered foods (bars & RTD drinks, nuts /seeds ) until I’m back at my house. Keep it up and have a good weekend. I’m triple tasking as we speak
