Well, leg day was a success, I am fucking drained.

Had a solid session with a quality cardio session afterwards. Was feeling a bit tired and weak at the start but once the PWO hit I was in my zone and busted it out.

About to hit this final meal of the night and crash out. Gotta wake up early and take my baby into the shop, rest day tomorrow though so just getting in meals and doing cardio.

Cardio done! Plan called for 35 mins….but I may have accidentally done an hr. What can I say time fly’s when you’re in the zone lol

Got a good deal on this pre sliced carne adada meat so gonna cook that up. Gonna be hard not to much on a little extra…

Sleep could have been better, was pretty hungry all night. Ate my meals a bit earlier than usual yesterday, but woke up looking mean and lean so I am not complaining one bit!

Push session later this evening along with cardio and abs. Looking forward to it!

What’s up mother fuckers!!!

Push day was a success this evening. Session went smooth and seamless, got in my zone and just flowed through it. Pump was looking pretty good tonight!

Hit 35 cardio post workout.

Coach granted me a little treat tonight so about to feast on a 5 serving tub of Greek yogurt with cheesecake zero sugar pudding mixed in! Looking forward to it.

Rise and grind boys!!!!

Not sure what’s up with my sleep but only averaging about 4.5 hrs per night. Wake up and know I should sleep more and I need it but my mind just wants to wake up and get the day going. Oh well lol

So ate a whole tub on Non Fat Greek Yogurt and a pack of Zero Sugar Cheesecake Pudding mix. Even though it’s not really a dirty meal I still felt like a fat fuck afterwards and had a not so pretty shit this morning. But it was a nice sweet treat.

Pics are after water and coffee so not straight out of bed, but I’d say it didn’t really affect the physique in a negative way so that’s what matters.

Push day and cardio this evening. Gotta get things in order to head back to work tomorrow after having the last week off so that’s always fun.

Pull session completed. Felt straight exhausted and drained walking in the gym. Got going and within a few sets the endorphins were flowing and it ended up being a great training session. Funny how the days when you are dragging ass the most sometimes end up being the best sessions.

Haven’t started pushing weight yet still feeling pretty weak honestly, but haven’t lost any strength and have been able to get much better at the weight I have stuck at so once I start pushing food more and upping the weight progress should come pretty quickly.

35 mins cardio follow by another 25 mins of just slow walking to get some extra steps in since I don’t tend to get what I should during my normal daily activity.

Posing room was in use so couldn’t catch the pump unfortunately.

About to hit my final meal and pack meals for work tomorrow then hit the sack. Rest day tomorrow but of course will be doing some cardio.

Just got finished sending over my weekly check in video to coach. Haven’t gotten the feedback yet but will update with whatever changes we implement.

Rest day today, back to working 11hr shifts 4 days a week. Will go hit 35 mins cardio tonight when I get off.

Got my work meals to packed up, only have 2 meals for my whole 11hr shift so they get spread out pretty far. Can’t wait to be eating every 2.5-3 hrs! Some guys hate the eating I LOVE to eat!!!

Wellll, woke up got everything packed and ready for work, drove 20mins to town. Get into my office and go clock in and it says “Unable to clock in during unscheduled time”

Well turns out I should have actually checked my schedule for the week which I rarely do because it never changes. But apparently this week it did and I am not scheduled back until Thursday!! So drove my ass back home.

I mean it sucked driving there but can’t be too mad seeing as I get another 4 days off!!!

So here we are getting Meal #2 160g CB 100g Jasmine Rice 5g Evoo

Probably gonna get a nap in today and just relax.
