Any of you guys wake up like every fucking hour to take a piss? I drink like 2 gallons of water a day and all I do every night is constantly wake up to piss. Can anyone relate and what supplements or products do you guys take to knock the fuck out and not wake up so tired the next day?

Tren does that to me. Or your e2 could be low. I try not to drink water within an hour of bed time.
Just feel like drinking water cures everything... they always say at least a gallon a day while on cycle.

Gummies with Indica help with sleep.

IMO your body is doing exactly what it should with all the water you drink.

Definitely stop like two hours before bed.

Man Im definitely watching this thread cause I’m lucky I get 3 hours a night if that. Between my brain running 100mph 24/7, the pissing 2 times a night and my fucked up eating habits I can’t win ever. For some reason I wake up every couple hours starving. I’m constantly cooking something at 2 or 3 am and probably eat a full two meals throughout the night. I’ve tried it all. I haven’t found anything that actually works well without the next day hangover. My most recent thing was trying the indica medical marijuana but even though it does eventually put me to sleep it’s only for an hour if that. So frustrating

I have lived off about 4-5 hours a night for what seems like forever. I usually have a day or two here and there i catch up but to be honest as long as i get 4 or 5 I feel fine. I assure you though if i threw my phone away i would probably get more lol. Like to here anyones fixes to get more sleep. I can never get comfortable no matter how i lay.

If you keep drinking two gallons of water every day there's not much you can do about peeing every hour. I drink a gallon but start cutting back around 6Pm...... still get a few times.

Prior to bed....10mg melatonin, 500mg Mag gluconate, ashwaghanda,...and 50mg Seroquel. Knocks me out in 20min.

This isn’t the most traditional supplement so it can be a little bit harder to find, but I use L-THP and it works wonders. I first had it in liftmode’s sleepcaps, but then I got the powder on its own so I have more control of my dose.

I’m sure there is much more to it, but it is a Dopamine Receptor Antagonist.

I have tried every natural sleep supplement under the sun. Only Phenibut has worked better for me, but I’ve always had problems with addiction and couldn’t control myself with Phenibut.

L-THP works great though, I highly recommend it.

I don’t sleep much. 5 hours is a good night. Slept 9 hours last night. It was amazing! I guess my body was just tired but also work 7 days a week for the most part. Trying to change that. Goal is 5 days off in a row every month.

I definitely relate. I go thru the same shit. Especially when tren is involved. (Now) I have found a fairly simple remedy that has helped me, at least stay asleep longer. SNAC nutrition zma nightcap, and zma the original. Both of those with a melatonin has definitely helped.

Pound the water early and try to lay off it early. I had to finally do it. I was in the same boat waking up pissing all the damn time. If you find out what works to put you out and get good sleep let us know. 5-6 hours at most here without all the pissin

One of the best things I found that help me stay asleep was when I started wearing a CPAP at night. I stay asleep, don’t toss or turn and wake up way more refreshed even with a few hours of sleep. I noticed when I was tossing and turning at night I was more likely to wake up and feel like I had to pee, so I would get up and pee. Now I sleep all night and just pee in the morning made a big difference.

Man I do miss taking naps during the day. When I was training for a fight I would always take a solid 90 minutes to lay down and do my best to fall asleep. Definitely made a world of difference later in the day during two a days.

So why not keep doing it? You can’t functionally live off 3 hours man. That’s terrifying.

Well when I was fighting that’s all my life consisted of. Everything was about the fight. Eating, training, sleeping etc. It was a rigorous schedule everyday. Now fast forward to my new way of life and having a tight schedule like that just is no longer possible. You add a wife and three kids into the mix. A farm. Countless pets and animals. A real job. Mental health issues. The list goes on and on and on. These type of life skills I’m still learning so most of my days I’m running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to put out all these fires that seem to pop up now. So yeah scheduled naps just ain’t gonna happen around here anymore. Well or until I get better with life’s daily adventures. Lol Then maybe I can sleep.

Sleep hygiene practices and certain supplements like melatonin may help promote better sleep, but it's important to address the underlying issue causing the frequent urination.

HGH has really improved my sleep, only downside is it's hard getting up in the mornings. I still wake up sometimes in the night, usually once to pee. If you feel restless, get up and do something, drink a glass of water, read a book, just try not to stare at your phone because that tends to wire my brain.

I understand what you’re saying I truly do. I respect you for learning those life skills. Kids, wife, farm, it’s an investment that’s gunna pay out big for you in the future. I do hope you find time to get some sleep.

I do the same thing. I thought it was the tren or my 18 years of previous drug addiction but I'm not sure. I fall right asleep wake up at 1230, 230 ,330, sometimes 430 and then usual up to shut my alarm off by 550 when it's supposed to go off. I piss every time I get up. The problem I got is my mind wants to eat every time I get up. I try to fight it off and not eat breakfast until 330 and go back to sleep wake up at 550 take my hgh go to work and try to make it until 9 before I eat again. Sometimes I loose the battle and eat a couple of servings of rice crisp cereal with protein powder and almond milk mixed in. I feel like I'm getting enough food I think it's just pure habbit. I broke it before and just slammed water every time I got up which made me get up more to piss but I got peeled for my standards. Need to try that again because weight is coming off slower than I want for the time of year it's getting.

Diff compounds affect my sleep differently. If I run masteron or proviron (not gonna say all dht derived bc I have yet to try anavar) they aggravate my prostate and I’m up 4-6 times a night pissing. I’m finding Flomax helps tremendously with it tho. Now that I’m off the mast I try and not drink anything 1hr b4 bed and that seems to help. Magnesium also helps me getting and staying asleep longer and I also take seroquel which gives me a pretty solid 4-5 hours or at least it used to til I got this cpap machine I’m trying to get used to which is a bitch so far. Good luck to u bro bc sleep is the #1 thing for gains in my opinion besides gear and a good diet of course. Good luck to u bro!

I just started with cpap bro and it was making my sleep worse. I’d go to sleep with the mask and wake up 1hr and half In literally not able to breathe. Finally called them and found out I had the pressure way to high so I adjusted it and last night I finally slept with it on for 6 hours. This morning is the most refreshed and rested I’ve ever felt. I was literally stopping breathing 10-15 times an hour (pretty scary). I did start hgh yesterday so that could have helped some but either way I still don’t wanna stop breathing at all lol. Do u have any tips for using the cpap machine? I just started it 2 weeks ago and they say it takes 4-6 weeks to get adjusted but I’m into instant gratification and want it now lol!!! Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Not tryna hijack ur thread either brother. Thx!!!

Yeah, the first week or two does take some getting used to. I was having a hard time breathing at first, felt super anxious and hard to breathe. So I started putting it on before I wanted to sleep while I was watching tv in bed to get used to it. In the cap, I started the pressure low and it slowly ramps up over time so easier to handle. Also, the use of a chin strap helped me get used to not mouth breathing the first few weeks, now I don't need it anymore. But I feel the difference big time in the morning when I wear it vs when I forget to wear the CPAP through the night. I feel way more rested the next morning after wearing it.
