Let me preface this by saying I have nothing to do with this company, just an honest review. I saw an ad on Facebook with a review from Vice News.

I’ve been batteling insomnia issues for many years, and I know a lot of guys here have the same issue so I figured I’d share what’s been working for me. Generally I’ve never liked thc, had a lot of panic inducing experiences with it when I was younger. But this stuff only has 2mg, the rest is CBD/CBG and has put me to sleep nicely the last couple nights. I have prescription Trazadone, and probably every otc sleep aid in existence that doesn’t work for me anymore.

Weed has always worked for me!
I could sleep right now but have 3000kcal before I reach 10k......

I’ve been telling guys a little indica works wonders and edibles are the best because they come on slowly and last through your sleep. The only drawback is some guys get pee tested.
Do you get your locally, or online?

habit forming?

I was taking Alteril which had tryptophan, it eventually stopped working - I’ve never taken it standalone.
Alteril works great, but if you take it everyday for long periods of time, yeah, partly bc its got melatonin.
Melatonin is a hormone produced in the brain naturally, too much external consumption ends up having the opposite effect after a while.

The Tryptophan solo seems to work great even consecutive nights.

The big picture is finding out why you cant sleep good, its most likely a specific nutrient deficiency, or hormone imbalance .. those are the 2 top causes of chronic sleep issues.

I travel a lot and being away from my family and in new surroundings has my brain on overdrive-vigilance mode, so I do need help to sleep sometimes (or at least get to sleep BY a certain time) so I can be rested for whatever the next day's tasks are.

Thanks for the advice @Fletcher, I will definitely try that. My sleep issues are more anxiety related. All my doctor wants to do is prescribe ssri’s and keep upping the trazadone, but doesn’t do much except give me side effects the next day. I would be much happier with a script of Ativan/klonopin, but doctors are scared of their own shadows these days unfortunately.

Yeah, but all those drugs are problematic, esp the benzos, coming off those is a nightmare after so long, literally.
Anxiety had many causes, but, drug deficiency isnt the cause, so drug taking isnt the answer.

Glad you found something that works for you. 👍

Routine definitely helps. Get your daily mandatory tasks done around the same time every evening and get your ass in bed at the same time every evening. This helps your brain feel alright with “shutting down” for the night.

My struggles with sleep are 100% my wife’s fault. She needs a tv on and I cannot fucking stand laugh tracks and she watches re run shows with laugh tracks and somehow can sleep like a baby. The light and the sound keeps me up all night. So…

I wear earplugs and put a pillow over my head to block the light. I would wear a bandanna over my eyes but I’m afraid I’d wake up in the am and convince myself I was blind and piss all over the bathroom floor and fall down the stairs due to my piss soaked feet and inability to see.

Also it would slow down my reaction speed if for some reason I needed my gun upon waking.

Welp, that’s what works for me. I’ve discovered a hard days work and getting tasks checked off my to do list really helps my brain shutdown for effective and successful sleep.

In my house the bedroom is for sex and sleep only. I banned the tv from there years ago.
If she gives me any lip over it she gets the tide and rice.

anything can be habit forming tbh
That’s a broad stroke but I get your point.
I don’t put a little weed in the pharmacy bottle category though. I’ve never found my self needing more and more, that kind of defines a habit for me.

I kinda agree. I’ve tried every drug known to man and nothing gives me anything over 2 or 3 hrs a night. Not worth putting the additional poison in my body. I can get that naturally. Ambien had some potential but everytime I took it I ended up doing weird shit. One night I decided to do gardening at the hotel I was staying at completely naked. Drugs are bad. Sleep is overrated. Just bash your head against something really hard an until you cause a brain injury. You’ll see.🖕😂

I do a Delta-8 gummy every night, cured my sleep issues.
I save the Delta-9 gummies for the daytime so I can enjoy 'em..
