Food Prices Soaring!

by Christian Duque As fans of bodybuilding and aspiring bodybuilders in our own right we simply can’t ignore the ever-increasing prices for food. Just the other day I did a double-take when I saw what a dozen eggs were selling for. I’ll be honest I’ve never much cared for them and so I don’t buy […]

Yeah, I hate to say it, but I live in the middle of Farmville and eggs are still $10 for 18. I'm honestly surprised they aren't higher in cali and ny. I live in a fairly nice neighborhood and people are legit putting chicken coops in their backyards. I'm not sure if they're driving property values down or up at this point though.

I'm paying $5 a dozen for eggs. That's double from what I'm used too but still seems a lot less crazy then what I'm hearing elsewhere...

It’s fucking insane. Stuff that used to cost me $100 now costs about $165.
And that’s not even a full weeks supply.

I read an article about how grocery stores are now taking a hit on eggs and selling them for less than they’re buying them because it’s a staple in everyone’s carts.

I have definitely shifted.

Normally I would buy whatever I wanted no matter the cost.

Now? I buy sale items. And pay way more attention to cost. Sometimes I won’t get an item if it’s too expensive.

Ppl are hurting. But that was the idea. Get ppl to stop buying. To lower inflation.

Hollywood and the wealthy don’t give a shit. Still buy whatever.

They aren’t effected. Will still be diehard liberals. Even tho poor ppl are hurting the most. Same ppl they pretend to care so much about

Our weekly food bill went from $150 to $225-250. We aren't buying anything different or new.

Eggs were $9 a dozen here the other day. I've never in my life seen such a thing.

The ONLY good thing is, is that chicken breast has stayed steadily low here. About $1.99-2.99 a lb. Everything else is nearly doubled in cost.

Eggs are the same price as always here in Mexico. A flat of 30 is around $3. They are stacked high in a pallet in the middle of the store. I have had a hard time finding the cage free, organic, chai latte sipping chicken brown eggs I usually buy. I thought I was the only one buying them at $4/dozen. I think a dozen Mk1 Mod0 eggs are $1.80.

My guess is our chickens don’t do politics. Every single $ increase or shortage in the LOTF free is a ploy of some kind I suspect. GUARANTEE the farmers aren’t seeing the increase in pricing.

According to Forbes magazine over 57 million chickens have been culled (killed) due to the avian flu...less supply means higher prices...Adam Smith economics...

I have as much faith in Forbes as I do in Biden and fauci.
New Restrictions being put on medium & smaller size family farmers is a lot of the issue.

FACTS! 👆🏻

My oldest still lives at home. A 19yr old that packs his lunch for work and he is also a gym rat like me so he just constantly eats when home. I meal prep so I have a fairly consistent nutrition intake that is financially manageable.

My 9y/o boy can house some food also. My 13y/o daughter and wife are like camels…they fill their hump and then are good for a day or two then have to refill.

I spend an easy 1K-1200 a month.

What I don't get is if 57 million chickens were culled why did breast/thighs prices satay exactly the same but egg prices went straight up? Do the chickens getting harvested for food not get just as sick as the egg laying chickens?

The USDA has already compensated farmers approximately $150 million for culling sick avian infected chickens with another $250 million set aside for further culling if necessary...I hope those Republican farmers are thanking Joe's leftist regime...also, only egg laying hens have contracted the flu...however it is possible for a variant to infect chickens that are raised to be eaten...imagine if that happened! The price for chicken would sky rocket and you would have something else of which you know nothing to complain about...

Yes bc the corrupt USDA is testing a bird, (the same way they rapid test for covid, fraudulently) and then declaring the whole flock infested, and ordering them to be killed.
The communist regimes around the world and throughout modern history have used several similar deceptions to destroy food supplies.
The end game?
A top down, "submit or starve" tyrannical regime.
Shut off the energy, shut off the food, and demand compliance in exchange for survival.
Its happening faster now.

Nothing new under the sun.

Govt creates the problem.
Hypes the reaction.
Provides a pre-readied "solution".

(A "solution" that means you lose more freedoms and more money, and they gain more power and more control).

Henry Kissinger famously said, “Who controls the food supply controls the people; who controls the energy can control whole continents; who controls money can control the world.”

You've been decieved sir.
The USDA also requires commercial poutry and egg farmers to vaccinate their flocks.

So, either the vaccines dont work and are fraudulent,
or, the tests are fraudulent and they are killing healthy birds on purpose.

Which is it?

The H5N1 vaccination is not 100% effective...ergo, it is prudent to cull all birds that could be infected...

How do egg laying chickens get bird flu but meat chickens do not?

I would guess they are mostly in the same flock… at least the farmers and neighbors in my area have both chickens run together.

Must be egg laying chickens don’t have as strong as immune system as the pumped up fatties?
