⬆️ that org beetroot powder is a prep! 100% I have many many lbs of it for the nutritional and medicinal value of it.
 
Here’s a tip for quality meat with a 5 year shelf life. It’s at Walmart next to the tuna and spam. My wife uses it in many recipes because it’s actually really good.IMG_3720.png

Check this out... not meat BUT... each teaspoon has about the same nutrient content as a 12oz. Strip steak, 900 servings, and can last way longer, esp if frozen. Has Heme iron (rare) and no can liner chem leaching. ...

Idk why you associate prepping with squating in the woods in the winter. 😄
I wont be doing that! Thats kinda the point of being prepared.
 
The whole point is to be in your home, with alt source of power, heat, a/c, water, foods, etc... without depending on the grid or supply chains. Having medicine, gear, self-defense etc... I think you watched too many Bear Grills shows or something.
Thats like extreme "survivalism" for cable TV, not prepping. 😄

Im not gonna defend my home either... I wouldnt want to live in a world thats fucked up worse than it already is.
If you think you have enough guns and ammo, your still only 1 person..... when whole redneck families are sending out 20 of their inbreads, 1 against 20-30-40... naaaa. And if I cant eat 7000kcals a day and cant train... Why bother. :)

I have been trying to stayed prepared for what the future will bring. I have done what I can to have necessary supplies in place,(food, medicine, fuel,ammo,testosterone.) and solid plans to replenish many of those supplies with our own means. We have access to a large body of fresh water and have the means to purify it. We have gardened for years and all of my children are skilled at it. Self defense and physical fitness, and social awareness are just as much a part of my children's education as their schoolwork. Family understands the reality of where we are headed.

a have several filtration options. lifestraws are great for bug out bags and vehicles. small commercial carbon filter pumps sold for wilderness camping are nice to have around. and for large scale a multi layer, gravel,sand,charcoal,activated carbon filtration vbarrel with dc powered transfer pump to pressurize it.

If you and I don’t make the cut just bring yourself and family up to me… promise you won’t have to shit in the freezing cold or fight off hordes of rednecks… you might have to fight on the side of us rednecks and work in the greenhouse (marijuana/booze will come in handy for bartering… of course fruit and veggies for food) but I have a decent home gym and we always have room for useful people. 😉
