Thanks man! Weight was 150 on stage natural in my profile picture and 160 in the first back picture. I am currently 187lbs in the second picture that I took today and still have visible abs.

I’d say the bottom is the bulk part
I see the overall muscular size difference. The top is his cut Good job though either way. Bulk and cut is the way I get good results.
