Officially starting my first injection ever today
Current Stats : 6ft 2 197 lbs 29
SBD: 440/285/540 fresh maxes from First week of Jan
Goal: Add clean mass to increase my daily metabolic/ strength
Cycle: 16 weeks 350 Test E M/Thurs split into 175 2x
HCG 250iu x2 same day as injection couple hours later
AI on hand will be Arimidex with Nolva /HCG pct

I currently eat about 2500 calories for the past year give or take how much butter I add into my cooking I’m going to add another 300-400 and see how it goes more than likely some more meat and rice
Daily diet:
1 Banana
20g Raw Honey
18 oz Raw milk
20 Oz Red meat of choice
2 Cups White rice or Potatoes
Spinach/zuchini or Sauer kraut to desire (not measured)
1 Cup frozen berries mix

I currently have a coach for training and have had good success with it , He’s aware of the coming cycle and we’ll adjust accordingly. I Lift about 4x a week with 2 supplement days of activies such as rucking and running. I do about 25 -30 minutes of liss cardio each training day as well
My pre bloods are good my LDL is slightly elevated due to diet but nothing I’m worried about , Test levels at 780, free T at 102, Bio T at 233 , e2 at 35

My main concern is e2 control, I Have some physical manifestations of Anxiety whenever I feel under the influence due to some events in life long time ago. Hopefully this doesn’t affect me . I’ve been symptom free for a very long time and I also don’t drink etc . Mainly I’m just very in tune with my body and changes can affect me positively or negatively easily.

I do have the balding gene as well, my hair line is receding widow peak style , it is what it is my wedding is this year hopefully it’ll stay until then after that fuck it lol

Doing my first injection in a couple hours going with 25 gauge Ventro , I’m covered in Ink and I won’t lie this doesn’t look pleasant haha , Wish me Luck!

It was a breeze slight warm feeling after all said and done for now . I wasn’t aware of how resistant it would be going in too

Nice detailed plan. I’d consider starting at around 3200 calories or so, at least 3000 if 2500 is an accurate number to your maintenance calories. You seem to do a lot of cardiovascular activity, you will need plenty of food to put on mass. What’s going to be your approach regarding E2? Are you doing bloodwork 4-6 weeks in to check your levels and see if you need Ai or are you planning on running it all along, or when symptoms arise? That’s one of the trickiest things to dial in on a first cycle.

So the plan is blood work at around week 6 . I’ve had gyno surgery from pubertal, and as far as I’m aware I had the gland completely removed ( over ten years ago ) so I won’t be able to judge off sensitive nips or lump or so I think . I forgot to add I also eat 8 whole eggs daily. I’ll be weighing myself daily so if I don’t see an increase I’ll up the calories as needed.

I’ve had gyno surgery from pubertal, and as far as I’m aware I had the gland completely removed ( over ten years ago ) so I won’t be able to judge off sensitive nips or lump or so I think . Clean EZ diet. At 350mg you may see quite an improvement based on your “clear knowledge” of macros. I’d definitely load up on more kcals and a protein & creatine supplement maybe a pwo as they do work and work well with first timers of testosterone.

Clean EZ diet. At 350mg you may see quite an improvement based on your “clear knowledge” of macros. I’d definitely load up on more kcals and a protein & creatine supplement maybe a pwo as they do work and work well with first timers of testosterone.

I just recently started taking creatine , if anything it was a gateway drug to this lmao . Saw some benefits but not enough type deal haha. Every protein powder I’ve ever tried didn’t seem to like being in my stomach plus I’m also kind of a whole food fanatic, ironically doing this kind of contradicts my philosophy in general but the body goal I have is unrealistic naturally at least for my genes

Every protein powder I’ve ever tried didn’t seem to like being in my stomach plus I’m also kind of a whole food fanatic, ironically doing this kind of contradicts my philosophy in general but the body goal I have is unrealistic naturally at least for my genes
Creatine the gateway to Anabolics… I knew that’s what it was lol might wanna find a protein powder that you can use. Eventually you’ll eat more and more and getting all your protein from Whole Foods becomes quite hard also depending on how tight your schedule is. A third of my daily protein comes from whey isolate.

That had me laughing about Creatine! It’s true though! Shit works . Yeah, I have tons of friends, clients and buds that cannot use powders. Some are vegan also which can make it tough. I definitely would love to do “all whole foods “. I pretty much am for most of my diet besides my post workout shake. The am smoothie is mainly for all my supps and extracts with fresh and frozen fruits, Greens. Unrealistic goals are good , we all have them! . I have an unrealistic food bill that seems to hade tripled this year ! Unreal . I would love to have my prep and shopping done for me but, I’m a control freak (as far as preparing meals). Some of these locally prepared (double/triple protein meals ready to eat) weekly are starting to almost sound cheap these days. I’ve wanted to try it (again) since there are a few new ones that go my weight and change the menu up each week. Nothing ever compares to real food! I’ve never had a workout shake and was like omg , I’d rather have this than a steak or Fresh Fish dinner ! Lol

It’s all a rabbit hole eventually to the real stuff I feel like , might as well just go straight to it . My thought process was listen test has been used and or abused for decades now. We have a clear understanding of what it does and doesn’t etc . I was considering sarms but why ? We don’t know the effects yet besides a few

Brother I feel you on the prices , I’m actually quite surprised being in the state I’m in that we haven’t been impacted as much as others . Makes you wonder the quality of food though when you notice those frozen complete meals are cheaper than just the raw version of protein itself

Pretty intelligent thought process. I did sarms before I started gear, when sarms were barely coming out and no one really knew what worked or didn’t. They do work, but who knows what else is happening, as you mentioned AAS have been around for over 50 years.

9 weeks in , haven’t really been updating life got a little hectic work wise . I don’t think I’ll ever come off has been my experience so far haha . First two three weeks I got some severe elbow tendinitis but I pushed through it and was all set . I jumped to 3400 calories give or take . On Monday I weighed in at 218 while my pants just barely fit more tight around waist while becoming a nuisance around the glutes . I’m blowing the fuck up and it’s quite obvious everyone around me at work and gym comment consistently. Yeah I should have never done this 🤣. As far as any sides my skin is oily but that’s about it, few pimples on my ass and face but some 5% quickly kills it

I should also mention that I’ve consistently been doing left right ventro and have only had PIP two times and I think it was my fault each time . I still get “anxiety” when I’m depressing the liquid in so I fidget sometimes
