First Dbol Cycle

This will be my first Dianabol Cycle, so excuse the many questions.

Info about me:

I've been training for about 18 months. I think I got close to 10% BF on my cut (See pics) - at this point I was 67kg

· Age: 23

· Current Weight: 73kg

· Height: 5ft 8

· Current Bodyfat %: 15% (May look to reduce this slightly over the next few weeks before taking Dbol?).

Goal/aim:

I'm taking Dbol because I'd like to get a bit bigger before I begin my cut for the summer. My end goal is to look similar to how I do in the pictures I put up of myself, but bigger and leaner by then end of a few months cutting. (Pictures were taken at my leanest).

I only plan to do one cycle for now, but depending on success, I would be open to doing a second 8 week cycle (4 on, 4 off again) or something similar.

The cycle I plan to run:

4 weeks of 20-30mg per day + PCT.

I don't want it to be obvious I'm taking steroids, hence the low dosage, I'd be open to 5-6 weeks, but no longer, I could also increase the dosage to 30mg if suggested.

QUESTIONS:

Before taking them:

1) Is there anything I MUST do before taking the Dianabol tablets?

2) I plan to take the Dbol in about 4 weeks time, I'm thinking about cutting for two weeks to reduce some fat, to ensure I don't look too fat/bloated on my cycle; yes/no?

Dosage/amount to take:

I will be taking these alone, without any other Steroid.

3) Is 2-30mg per day sufficient for my first ever cycle? (4 weeks) I don't want to get big stupidly quick, I just want a slight Improvement to my lean muscle mass.

Diet/Eating

I'm fully aware the diet needs to be clean, high in protein and a substantial amount of calories for the tablets to work properly.

4) Currently my maintenance calories are at 2500… Is 3500 calories good enough? Sometimes I struggle to eat 3000, but obviously I know I need to eat a lot when on Dbol.

Post Cycle Therapy

5) Should I start cutting immediately after PCT? This is potentially going to be my ONLY cycle, depending on how I get on.

Dbol only?
You should wet your feet with low dose Testosterone before any other compound imo.
BUT .... If your just gonna do Dbol.... you'll put on 5-10# and as soon as you come off, you'll lose 5-10#'s
Also you should do a PCT but at your age and low dose you should rebound pretty quickly.

I'm guessing you're still pretty young and you don't have a lot of time in the gym. you need another 2-3 years to build a better base. take a step back and experiment with diet and methods of training. Mess with nutrient macros. Mess with training heavy compound lefts.. bench, squat, deadlift, power cleans, bent rows. You hae a lot of growning to do before messing with androgens. You need to earn it, which means learn your nutrition, learn to break your ass with compund lifts, and grow another 15-20 lbs. Then you will understand how to do it. Then you will be ready to enhance what you learned.

You are too young to use steroids unless you have hit a plateau after a lot of time with perfect training and diet. A coach will help you with that.
You will never be in a better natural state to grow and improve than you are in RIGHT NOW.

This shit ain’t like taking another OTC supplement.

The truth in this! 😂 I love me some orals, the strength and pumps, but the blood pressure through the roof, the heartburn and wondering how fucked or not my markers are? Shit, Low test only all day if I was op.

I love Dbol but always run it with test. It amazes me every time how fast I put on muscle.

With that said, don’t do it, you will be massively disappointed if you do it the way you describing. It’s better options if you want to do a oral only cycle and don’t want to get “stupidly big” (don’t worry, you won’t).

I did run oral only cycles when I first started and didn’t have a clue how to run gear. I would never do it now somewhat knowing what I’m doing. Add some test to it. My personal opinion is at 160 lbs you should put on a little more weight naturally. Don’t rely just on the compounds to do that. If you are not wanting to get crazy big you can probably achieve that with diet and training alone. Just my opinion though. Best of luck on your journey.

Love when guys don’t want to get too big when fixing to get on their first cycle, then the next thread is “how to know if my gear is bunk” lol

We never heard back from Op regarding this thread, would like to know what he thinks about his plan now with the advice he was given.
