First cycle log

Hello!

Begginer here, as this is my first cycle and i would like to log this journey!

26 y/o right now, started training at 16y/o. So about 10 years of training, i had to stop several times because of some injuries. Right now im about 150lbs, 5.9feet, Bodyfat around 15~ (i will post pics tomorrow)
Just decided its time to start my first cycle.
As gear, after talking to some users of this forum i decided to start with Test P,Masteron and Deca-Durabolin.
For Test P and masteron, there will be 50mg Test/25mg mast x3 per week in total of 150mg test and 75mg mast.
As for deca, im not sure yet how should i take it. Firstly i would go for NPP but coudn't find it from trustful sources, so decided to take deca.
If anyone have any ideas i will appreciate it.

As dieting now, i will go for a total of 2600 calories for first 2 weeks. 260G Protein, 65G Fats and 250G carbs split in 3 meals.
I also take 1000mg Magnesium, ~5 tabs Omega 3, 25Mg zinc. Going to buy some D3 also, 2000ui/day.
Any advice is welcomed.

As training: 6 times/week, Push Pull Legs.
Im focusing to work every muscle group x2 a week.

Usually i do 5 ex for big muscle group (back, legs) and 3 ex for smaller one( bi, tri, calves)
3 working sets per group, im focusing on muscle contraction, about 6-8 reps with form as good as possible.

Goal after this cycle would be 165lbs, keeping bodyfat at same % or lower.

I will try to write down every working day, maybe also add photos during the proces.

Any advice/suggestion would be very appreciate!

Advice? Would you even listen? I read your first thread and all your replies recommended test only for your first run.

My first “cycle” was a trt does of 200 test per week.

I made MASSIVE gains.

Your have a great physique, not sell a 300 test per week cycle short, especially if you plan on pct after.

19nors are super suppressive, and it will take a while for your natural levels to bounce back.

Further more, we only have so many cycles before organs/hairline take a hit, it is smart to take the approach of “minimum effective does”.

Just one man’s opinion.

150 test is kinda silly. Thats gonna suppress your natty test and put you at normal test level for a natty 26 y/o.

Leave the deca alone unless you have some caber.

Test & mast are fine for a first cycle.
Id go at least 250 test 200 mast.

Wheres your A.I.? and dont say nolvadex or arimidex! 😄

Your calorie plan looks ok percentage wise.

Sources for carbs protien & fat?

Ill gladly help you if you want help.

This is basically a lower dose TRT with some mast and deca. I’m on prescription TRT when I’m not on cycle and it’s 200 a week test C and 200 mg a week Deca. So I would look at the doses. If you actually want to do a cycle I usually say start at 300mg text C or E. That’s it. Get some Aromasin for estrogen issues if they arise. And then get blood work done ahead of time, half way through to check estrogen before taking AI and adjust at that point. But that’s just me. And where did you get your test and Mast if you can’t find a trusted source for NPP which is a very very common AAS?? 🤷🏻‍♂️

300 test 200 mast is such a good beginner cycle.

Hi!
So after hearing all of that, i will put deca down for the moment.
I have blood work done last week, i will add photos.
Sources for carbs protien & fat:
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 6 white eggs, 1 banana, 1 scoop whey, 100g oats, 30g peanut butter.
Meal 2: 250G chicken breast (weight raw), 100g white rice( weight raw), broccoli.
After workout: 2 scoops of whey, 1 banana
Meal 3:250G chicken breast (weight raw), 100g white rice( weight raw), broccoli.

So in this case, if doses are too low i will start with 200test/100 mast /week first 2 weeks to see how my body reacts to these.
In case everything is ok, i will upscale the dose.
I have aromasin, in case es levels go up.

I'm little offended too..trusted source...lol.there are so many here..npp? We not talking bout var or primo..anyways test and mast ok 👌

Most guys that sell these are fake products so thats why i cant find.

Hello guys!

Yesterday i took my first injection.
0.66ml test p 0.33ml mast. Im feeling normal, nothing happened to this point. I don't know if its placebo effect but yesterday pump was awesome, i felt like my muscles are gonna explode:D.
This week i will continue with 0.33/0.66 for 2 more shots, next week i will start 250 test p, 200 masteron if everything goes well.

Yesterday workout: Push day

Chest:
incline smith machine press: 16 reps, 12 reps warmup, 8, 6, and last set dropset, 4, 6, 10 reps
incline dumbbell press: 7, 6, 6
cable flyes: 10, 8, 6 reps
incline plate press superset with pushups: 10 10 10 for press, failure every set for pushups.

shoulder: arnold press superset with standing overhead press: 8, 6, 6 for arn press, low weight till fail overhead press.
lateral raises: 12x3 reps, dropset 8x3
plate front raise: 3x 10 reps.
I do rear delt,traps on pull day.

Triceps: single cable tricep pushdown 10, 9, 8
V bar tricep pulldown: 16, 10, 8, 8

Yesterday diet:
Meal 1: 1 protein scoop, 2 whole eggs, 5 white eggs, 100g oats, 1 banana
meal 2: 100g white rice, 250g chicken breast, 100g green beans
meal 3: 150g pasta, 300g chicken
1 protein scoop after workout.
I missed some fats, i run out of peanut butter:confused:

Later i will add today workout/ meal prep.

Lat pulldown: 16, 12, 10, 8, 8
Lat pulldown neutral grip machine: 12, 10, 8
Dumbbell rows: 10, 10, 10
Reverse grip lat pulldown: 10, 8, 7
Seated raw machine: 12, 10, 8 (normal grip)
Lower back extensions: 10, 10, 10

Rear delts:
dumbbell-rear-lateral-raise: 12, 10, 8, 8

Biceps:
Biceps curl superset with hammer: 10, 10, 10 /// 6, 6, 6
Biceps cable curl Z bar, 3 sets untill failure, 2/1/2 tempo

Diet:
Meal 1: 1 protein scoop, 2 whole eggs, 5 white eggs, 100g oats, 1 banana
Post workout: 1 scoop whey, 1 banana
Meal 2: 100g white rice, 250g chicken breast, 100g green beans
Meal 3: 100g white rice, 250g chicken breast
1 protein scoop before bed

4 tabs of O3, 25mg Zinc, 1tab Magnesium.
6G creatine.

Yesterday weight: 68.5KG
Today weight: 70.1 Kg.

2nd injection today, 0.66 test, 0.33 mast

Leg workout:
abductor leg machine: 3x 12 (warmup)
abduction leg machine: 3x12(warmup)
Leg press: 16 12 12 10 8 8
Leg extension: 12, 10, 8 dropset for every set untill failure
Leg glute machine: 10, 10, 10 (idk how its called, lay on stomach and pull legs to ass)
Seated calf raises: 16 12 10 10

Diet:
Meal 1: 1 protein scoop, 2 whole eggs, 5 white eggs, 100g oats, 1 banana
Post workout: 1 scoop whey, 1 banana
Meal 2: 100g white rice, 250g chicken breast, 100g green beans

Nothing will change for the moment about diet, i feel good/strong.

Forgot to weight in.

Today i noticed that i woke up and i felt great. First time in a while when i dont drink coffe because energy level was to the roof. Maybe its just placebo, im so excited.

Is there a reason u are only having 3 meals and 1 shake? That's not enough food imo
