Begginer here, as this is my first cycle and i would like to log this journey!
26 y/o right now, started training at 16y/o. So about 10 years of training, i had to stop several times because of some injuries. Right now im about 150lbs, 5.9feet, Bodyfat around 15~ (i will post pics tomorrow)
Just decided its time to start my first cycle.
As gear, after talking to some users of this forum i decided to start with Test P,Masteron and Deca-Durabolin.
For Test P and masteron, there will be 50mg Test/25mg mast x3 per week in total of 150mg test and 75mg mast.
As for deca, im not sure yet how should i take it. Firstly i would go for NPP but coudn't find it from trustful sources, so decided to take deca.
If anyone have any ideas i will appreciate it.
As dieting now, i will go for a total of 2600 calories for first 2 weeks. 260G Protein, 65G Fats and 250G carbs split in 3 meals.
I also take 1000mg Magnesium, ~5 tabs Omega 3, 25Mg zinc. Going to buy some D3 also, 2000ui/day.
Any advice is welcomed.
As training: 6 times/week, Push Pull Legs.
Im focusing to work every muscle group x2 a week.
Usually i do 5 ex for big muscle group (back, legs) and 3 ex for smaller one( bi, tri, calves)
3 working sets per group, im focusing on muscle contraction, about 6-8 reps with form as good as possible.
Goal after this cycle would be 165lbs, keeping bodyfat at same % or lower.
I will try to write down every working day, maybe also add photos during the proces.
Any advice/suggestion would be very appreciate!
