Get Shredded!
Hey everyone, new to the forums im 20 years old, and have been lifting for 5 years now, coming up 6. I'm debating on doing my very first cycle of either test prop and winny orally or test prop and tren ace(chose ace since incase im tren sensitive it'll be out my system faster). My stats are 5'11, around 18-23% bodyfat tryna get down to the low 10-12% and im weighing in at 185lbs. I've built a decent base i used to be 230lbs but cut down because I got wayyy too bulky that I just ended up gaining fat after. Any help would be appreciated!

What's your exactly reason for wanting to use AAS? at 20 years old you still have a shit load of natty potential man..Not the answer you want to hear, but it's the truth... Most reputable brand of food I can give ya, but gear, I won't touch that with a 10 foot pole.. You're just to young man, seriously... Kill it in the kitchen and annihilate it on the grind, bets advice I'll give ya..

I'm with vision man. Not because of your age though. I'm with vision because you need to get lean, put some mass on, and then take the next step. That's just my opinion. Now if you're going to use gear, you're going to use gear. There is a ton of information around here to read and learn brother. Best of luck!

Sorry man, 18% at 5'11. Looks like you want an easy way out..

Cut.down to 10% then use AAS. You'll see some better progression.

I definitely don't agree with 18%,20 years old, looking for results...

He can seriously get far drastic results in that fucking kitchen, in fact in record-breaking time if he dialed it in along with his training... this simply comes down to dedication and determination vs instant gratification..

He needs to learn how to adjust his macros in either direction, learning the curves and sensitivity with his metabolism.. if he can square that away, I 100% guarantee the results will be far more rewarding and long-lasting!

Have to agree with Vision. At 20yo you still have some natural growing left to do. Get your diet nailed down first to lower that body fat, along with cardio and getting your base lifts poundage up. And first cycle should just be test so you know what you're in for. You have to know how your body reacts to it before you can start throwing in other stuff. Good luck either way!

I agree 100% man. The only reason I don't preach the age thing to people is because I started out pretty young with prohormones and shit which isn't a whole lot different. Even with gear though, a bad diet makes progress nearly impossible.

Learn to eat, learn to train, and learn consistency. Better results will come from those 3 things than adding gear.

I know we have had this discussion before though and we saw eye to eye on it then too lol.

Without a doubt I definitely see what you're saying about the age because like you mentioned we had this discussion before many times... I am in no position to pass judgement on anyone but I can definitely give some valuable suggestions winter pertains to holding off...

And as we know diets everything, I remember a few weeks out on your first stage attempt, the drastic changes you had by simply adjusting your Macros and your age was not too far ahead of this guy (OP) at that time... and it made a world of difference overnight, I wish these young guys would get it...

So 5'11" at 185 18-23% bf. So strip that off and you're not even 150lb at 5'11". Gear isn't your answer. Diet and training are. Gear doesn't "melt the fat away" like you hear people say I the internet. That's done strictly through hard work and diet.

Forget the aas. Learn your body, learn how to diet and train properly.

Absolutely man. It also is easy to see eye to eye when I learned so much from you a few years back. I was still a little bit ahead of this guy in age. Not by a ton. But I was a little ahead of him. It's time to get shredded again though man!!!!

Vision hit it on the head. While you are doing the above the natural way, research as much as you can do when you do jump on you'll be educated. Give it some time and dial everything in first.

If you decide to start up despite the contrary advice, at the very least get some hormone panel bloodwork and post it up here first. There's a sticky about it in the Lab Testing forum.
