First cycle for beginners

Hey guys and gals,

looking to start my first aas cycle and just wanted to ask about all of your guys’ first cycles. Anything I should watch out for in particular? Anything helps, let’s chat!

Slippery slope brother. Think carefully about doing this sh*t. If you go couple things you should know.

1. It is a huge advantage to have a good 3-10 years training and proper nutrition before doing any AAS. It's called having a good base.

2. Stay away from the really strong stuff and only consider it after some years of experience. Stuff like trenbolone is not for beginners and not necessary.

3. Most guys need very little AAS to put on 20-25lbs in the first cycle. The first cycle is generally the most effective as far as accrued mass.

4. I personally gained 26 lbs on deca durabolin 200 mg/w and 20 mg/day dianabol.

5. I kept bout 12 lbs of that mass.

6. Using more will not yield significantly more mass on your first cycle.

Stats
How long you've been training.
First cycle is normally just test 300-600mg 8-12 weeks.
Have an ai on hand such as "aromason" and your pct. Dont start until you have everything.
Also I always suggest cycle support supplements like IronMagLabs carries to help protect your organs, lipids, blood pressure, liver, heart etc. If you do pick this up you can use mace20 save 20% off.

Test only 400mg per week plus solid 4 weeks of PCT. That's all you need for first cycle.

Now with that said I know nothing about you or stats or years of training or goals. What I am recommending is strictly first cycle for someone that has done their homework.

Clarification for post #2 since you’re new & may not know:

If you ever go this route, do not ONLY take Deca/dbol. Always run test as well with anything you take.

I’m gonna go against the grain of test only. 500-600mg test e or c and 400-500mg mast e.
the mast will add no negative sides and will actually help you get more from the test and will help with e2 management.
split the doses and take half Monday and half Thursday
I don’t care about stats tbh. Just need to know how to diet and train.
I’d keep aromasin on hand just in case.
i don’t care about pct drugs you’ll either recover or you won’t with it without them.

My first run was Sust250 1ml 2x week for 10 weeks. Along with anasrozole for mait. It got me 15 lbs and kept most of it. But really research and do your homework before jumping into to this. You gave us very little stats to work with for advice..

I'm on my first cycle , didn't do any research I totally I just started when I could get my hands on it . I never knew where how or how to go about getting it . I'm learning a ton on and from these fellas 300test e and 150 deca put on 10 pounds of clean muscle in 6 weeks now learning about what I really should be doing pct wise etc.....

The logic behind Test only for the first 2 cycles is a base foundation of How YOU react to Test at two different times and doses..
No one can predict how it will hit YOU or if you need any AI's..At 500 is one thing...but at 750..whole different story..

Without that very Basic...Yet very much needed info..you are setting yourself up for future issues,if you skip this process..
Also,many members haven't had to resort to harsh compounds to achieve their goals..

But week after week..
The board is full of...I F'ed up threads...and Why..??
The.."I want it Now" mindset doesn't work well in this Game..

Simple test Question...
How much Test can you handle without an AI..??
What sides does Test cause you at 500mgs...at 700..??

If you don't know those answers...and on 3 compounds at once..

Wow thank you guys for all the info..

a few things about me that you all have asked.

29 years old.
Have been training on and off for about 8 years, the last 4 years have been serious.
Been running 200mg/week of test c for about 2 years. TRT
diet and training is on point. Have a coach, just haven’t asked him about aas, he knows about my TRT.

I feel like a fucking weed with 500mgs of test and 50-75 mgs of Dbol the first half of my first cycle. Even adding tren the second half didn’t come close to doing what the test/Dbol did for me the first 10 weeks.

If you got your diet right expect extraordinary results the first 10-14 weeks. It’s honestly Insane what you can do with your first cycle. Don’t waste this opportunity. Get your calories in and eat good food round the clock.

Hopefully you have a good base or you’re gonna do just that, waste your potential for your first cycle. If you’re fat you’re just probably just gonna look fatter after tbh, not forsure just what I imagine. I’f you’re over weight I would diet hard and lean out first so you can actually see and enjoy your results.

If you’re skinny, ya you could get more out of it if you train and eat like a mofo for a few years first, but you’re probably not gonna do that and IMO That’s ok as long as you got your shit together now (food and training).

I was fat before I started. Decided to run a deficit and train hard for 6 months in preparation for my first cycle. I have. No regrets doing that either and I personally am too impatient to have gone any longer naturally. I just mainly wanted to drop the pudge first which I did and then I threw in the gear and was super strict about my diet.

This is what I did first cycle, results could have been even better had I been even more strict with diet, still put on almost 30lbs. First pic was before I started dieting, second pic is after running a deficit for 6 months skinny AF and the start of my cycle, third pic is 10 weeks into first cycle (close to that anyways).

You need to buckle down and compete at some point

I think if you have the funds that you should find a decent coach and give them atleast a year and see what happens.
I hate seeing wasted potential.

If you’re dieting and training correctly and consistently for your goal then it doesn’t take a whole of drugs to grow.
A lot can be accomplished with just a cycle of test.
The drugs will optimize what you’re already doing.
I don’t know why people think testosterone is some weak drug.

A lot can be accomplished with just a cycle of test.

Well said. I don't care what you take and how much, if your diet, training and rest is garbage that's all you are going to get out of the drug.
