Hello Experts and veterans,
I have been working out for nearly a year now and got my diet and nutrition completely in check. I was never a easy gainer as i was sick most of my teenage days ( pollution in india xD and allergy to dust ), and i have made a decision to start my first ever AAS cycle. I am 26 years old and i will be doing my blood test before starting so i can compare it after my PCT ends. I am planing on start a 12 week cycle as the pic below.
Height - 185 cm.
weight - 73.5 Kgs.
B.F - around 16 %.
never took AAS before.
