Been a offical member for 4 years now but lingered long before... Back ground I've babbled in the past on basic cycles but full blown for 2 years now. Coming off from being a full blown alcoholic from 2017 to 2020. Drank everyday from noon to bedtime, craved it, drank it and had no fucks given... Woke up one day and said I need to stop and I did. Straight up stopped drinking without help.
Jumped back on trt in July, worked on nutrition then ran my first cycle in 4 years. Felt good to get back into the gym.
I was able to drop weight and body fat% like a pro. Dialed my diet, fine tuned the clean bulk cycle then cut cycle. Got down to 189lbs and 6.7% body fat. I wanted more, lots more... Decided to put myself through the works of a show prep. 8 weeks bulk and 8 weeks cut... This puts me in the August to November 2021 time frame.. At the end of the show prep I was able to sit at 198lbs and 5.9% body fat. I found the areas I lacked in, shoulders, back, and some Foods I needed to stay away from.
Since November 2021 I took a break from the gym and juice. Ramped back up January 10th 2022 with a decent cycle. Sust/mast e/deca/bold cyp+eq blend/androl/dbol... Body was sitting at 205lbs first of January.
Fast forward to now. Currently sitting at 236lbs morning weight, body fat is right around 9.8% from the last in body check. Intake calories is right around 6500, cardio is basic, walking on jobsites and around 13,000 steps a day.
Foods, I can add 1 more meal if needed but I'm holding good with it all.
Once the cut cycle begins I will be running test p 800mg, tren a 350mg, primo e 800mg, anavar 100mg, Proviron 100mg, winny 80mg, and last 2 weeks halo at 20mg.
Goal is 240lbs on the bulk and stage weight right around 215/220lbs. I will be competing in men's Physique.
