I prefer pvdf, and .2 um is correct.

or you can use an unbleached coffee filter and skip all that , and shoot final product into presealed vials. practice proper OSHA standards and your gear will come out great.

have brewed kilos this way and nobody ever had soft tissue challenges

Yes but I only ever brew small amounts so a syringe filter is ample.
