Get Shredded!
My wife started HRT almost a year ago. She has sufficient estrogen, but her testosterone levels were extremely low. Her GP and gynecologist said her bloodwork looked good then offered her antidepressants.
After declining the advice and antidepressant she started HRT through telemedicine. Her provider has her taking 10mg test 2x week and daily progesterone.

It had been a game changer for her mood AND the change in libido is unreal.
I just wanted to share in case someone else’s spouse might be dealing with similar issues.

I’m a guy who had the exact same thing. Fucking doctors want to push their pills to keep you complacent instead of fixing the root problem. Goddamn quacks

It’s very prevalent. It’s amazing what happens when your hormones are where they need to be.

No doubt. Every single aspect of my life has improved. I think clearer/faster, fuck for longer and lift heavier. My mood is 1000% better too. Hell I even somewhat enjoy work now, and my supervisor loves that I’m able to work harder.

10/10 recommend.

I would love to see the protocol she's on

Thank you. She is 42.
Her previous total T level was 9 ng/dL. Currently it is around 225 ng/dL.
Test C.

I would love to see the protocol she's on
Protocol:
Armour Thyroid 30MG- 30 min prior to breakfast

Slow release Progesterone 200MG- before bed

Test cyp- 10mg 2x a week

She was a bit hesitant about injecting, but a 30 gauge insulin pin is pretty painless.

Estrogen will probably have to be replaced in a few years.

Hmm, I really like how this sounds. The libido bit has me sold.

Do you think a 30G needle would wake her up?

The increased libido is insane. There has been a small increase in clit size and nipple sensitivity as well.

LOLOL!!!! You don't know how many times I've wondered if I could get away pinning my wife in her sleep.. I know that probably sounds horrible to some people but the thing is, while she fully knows/admits she has a libido problem now after her hysterectomy (she's 49) she would never agree to taking Test.

Same here man. Dealing with the same thing with my wife. The sex drive just isn’t there. We’ve had many talks and many fights about it and she has been putting an immense amount of effort into compensating by just “playing along” so I can get my fill, but deep down it’s just not like it used to be. She doesn’t have that “I wanna tear you apart and swallow your cock” look in her eyes anymore, no kink, she’s just lost that enthusiasm for sex and that eagerness to please me…and worst she’s only 34 man…I hope it’s just a phase/hormone related from breast feeding… she used to be such a fucking freak.

Same brother. My wife was a freak when we first met. She loved it and wanted it all the time. Was like that for the first few years then started dwindling. She was diagnosed with Graves Disease and had a rough time time it... Once that was under control she started have bad menstrual issues.. Many years passed, she had an ablation. That actually made things worse.. Another year passed and she had a hysterectomy. They did not remove her ovaries.. but between the Graves Disease and all the other issues, she has almost no sex drive at all....

I’m sorry to hear that brother, Atleast you still have her in your life. Sounds like she’s been through a lot.
