Just like Jacked said. Keep pushing. Keep working hard, don't give up you'll be at that size at a lower body fat in the future. Let's be real, you wouldn't be a bodybuilder unless you were fucked up in the head like all of us. I'm the other way, if I'm not 10% or lower year round I feel like a fat fuck and I'm losing everything I've worked hard for and I'm 230ish lean.Ah, the irony of it all. When I started this journey I was probably about 26-27% ish body fat. Now that I'm down to 22% starting to feel pretty skinny all of the sudden. Which I guess is a good thing, but a mind fuck when you find out a lot of your size was water and fat. LOL The definition is coming in, but missing the size a little. Good motivation to work that much harder though. Hoping I don't feel like a stick when I get to 17%. Hoping the size and the lean will match by then. Next cycle is coming up just in time.
I got it all, lean and size. When ever I go to the gym I might as well be Mr Olympia the way everybody looks at me. Hand to God there could be 300 people in my gym with Max Capacity 200, when I walk through that bitch people part like I'm Jesus walkin through the sea I don't even have to look up. Thank God because if I did, I'd never make it to the locker room. Conversation after conversation, how'd did you get so big... How do you stay so lean.. You're the man.. You're the best.. I love you. I'll be on bench press and then I'll hear out of nowhere a woman yell "please have sex with me"..
If a guy shows up to my gym in better shape than me, we go out back and fight to the death.
