Ok! Let’s start this thing.
I am fortunate enough that @Fletcher and @Hammer&Bell are sponsoring me for a log! I am grateful to you both for everything!

Intro:
Age- 39 (40 next week)
Weight- 247 this morning
Height- 6’3
Goal- Lean bulk with a goal to get as close to 270 as possible

I have been working out since 2005 (ish). The first time I walked into a gym I was just over 450lbs. I had enough money in my pocket to either buy five sessions with a personal trainer or buy myself a personal trainer class and learn on my own so that is what I did. Some combination of work ethic, drive to succeed and ephedra got me to a reasonable fitness level. I spent roughly a decade working as a personal trainer or in the fitness/martial arts industry. Somewhere along the way I made a career change to be a paramedic. Amongst other things this means I spend time stuck alone in an 8 by 10 box with large angry people on pcp. Fitness became a huge priority for me. Once I hit my genetic max I started adding supplements, sarms, trt, then full blow gear. For the last year I have been working with a trainer named Brandon Lirio (bodybylirio@live.com) who is an all natural winner of multiple mister Olympia contests. I could not recommend him more for people who do not need gear programming.
Some days ago @Fletcher offered to take me on and sponser my next gear run. I already posted it but I am putting a picture of the sexy gear pack @Hammer&Bell set me up with. @Fletcher has laid out an exercise, diet, and gear program that is different than anything I have ever done and I couldn’t be more excited to see how it goes! I will be posting regular updates to let everyone know how it goes. Working with my favorite source and Fletcher!!! I can’t go wrong!!! Let’s Goooooooo!!!!!

No complaints! My guy @Fletcher set me up with a new workout plan and a diet overview! Started my gear protocol the other day and despite coming off a 24hr shift I hit a killer leg day today! Can’t wait to see where all this brings me!! I’ll do a weigh in tomorrow just for posterity normally I’ll plan to weigh in before my shifts for the week not in the middle. Let’s keep hitting it hard!!!!!!
 
I got stuck this past week with a client assignment that had me with no sleep for 2 freaking days! I feel you! 😄

Weighed in at 259 today. I’m sure the vast majority is water weight from starting the gear and bumping my diet so I’m not getting too excited but at least headed in the right direction. I’m assuming it will level out over the next week or two.

I’m starting to get that sense of overall confidence and wellbeing that only Supraphysiologic Test can bring and my poor fiance is limping out of the bedroom. Loving the enhanced life this week!

In fantasy land I’d love to hit 270
Stick with it, you havent even fully saturated yet! Hit that protien # daily, pump the nutrients in, pancreatin to get the highest absorption rate and rock your training protocol.
Im not making any predictions but 270 is realistic of you stay on the program!
