Estradiol Management

I am currently on 250 Test e and anavar at 25 as a pre workout. Just got my labs back, total test is at around 1500, free at 400 but my Estradiol was in the 80s. Not experiencing a lot of side effects right now, nips a little more sensitive and mild but manageable ED (erections are fine, just takes a long time to finish and sometimes lose interest during because it takes 20+ minutes sometimes and libido is a bit down).

Is it time to take an AI? I have some primo and I understand that it acts as a mild AI through its binding properties. Should I throw in some primo and test again in a couple of months?

Any help would be appreciated! Thanks all.

If you're not experiencing any serious side effects other than what you mentioned, imo, don't start on an AI just. You need estrogen to grow and estrodiol in the 80's isn't all that high considering your supraphysiological test levels. That being said, keep monitoring the situation and have your AI at the ready.

I vote primo...f the ai..80 isn't crazy & if u are not experiencing sides,roll with it ..run the primo and test again later,your # will/should be lower..I'm sure others will disagree but u want to grow you do need estro

Add proviron too imo.

Proviron is amazing! It will definitely keep your libido up. Provi and Primo go great together also.

Thank you all for the advice. Gonna mix in some primo and retest in 6-8 weeks. After that may consider proviron as well if my E2 isn’t heading in the right direction.

Proviron is a great oral just for the SHGB factor alone man. This allows you to utilize more testosterone in your body. Think of it like you’re putting gas in your car… for every $100 you put in you may only be using $60.00 worth. Adding Proviron to your cycle or even TRT will gain you a better yield on your testosterone and allow you to use more of what you’re putting in.

I run Proviron with almost every cycle. I do fluctuate the dosages depending on what I’m doing. It’s not harsh on the liver and to me it’s a better way to achieve a better outcome. Look into Proviron a little more brother… once I did I immediately knew I wanted to add it.

Important to always keep your Estrogen in check, no matter how high your level is always you will exp some sort of side effects, Free test is good,
Adex .5mg EOD should help. I would hold the Primo
My best advises if you concerning about your ED Drive, stick with Cialis
1 pill EOD I can assure you will be satisfied

Yeah, I ended up ordering some Aromasin and going to start doing .125 twice a week when I pin. Ideally I’d like to keep the E2 somewhere around 50 and I’ll be upping the dose of Test E to 375 a week and don’t want this to get out of control. Thx man!

I would highly recommend Proviron..
It's one of the few that gives many just enough..estrogen suppression without an AI..
I'd add 25mgs and re-do bloods..
We all need some estrogen..when too much..that's so different from one to the next..

Proviron is useful if your shbg is really high. I have been learning alot about shbg and its actually needed and not good to crash it. Proviron will surely crash it. I have been watching a guy on YouTube and he is very good, look up vigorous steve

High estrogen is not hard to manage and fairly inexpensive. High estrogen has been linked to heart problems in men along with a long list of other issues. Starting an AI and monitoring it is a smart move.

Thank you. I got some Aromasin and did start to throw in some Primo a couple of weeks ago and going to test again after the holidays. I’m pretty sure the Primo helped a bit as I’m not holding nearly the water I was before, lost at least 5 lbs of water weight.
