How you like those cage press' and cuffed laterals?

The cuffed laterals I like pretty well too. I've done em in the past and loved em but for some reason they don't seem to hit like they used to or any better than DB laterals. At least it's something different tho.

I keep leaving my log book in the car and too lazy after shower and laying in bed to go get it but training has went extremely well last two days. Progress all the way around. I do remember yesterday I got 495×7 deadlifting and today no progress with flat BB press with 315 but got 295×6 and 245×11 and failed half way up with the 12th rep. Smashed incline Smith too. I'll get everything updated tomorrow

Tren anavar will come into play later
Starting weight is 208. I'll be more than happy if I walk away from this at 187+.. 190+ would be even better.
Had a pretty good start weight wise training today.

Hammer strength flat

Seated cable row

Smith cage press on facing incline bench(stole this from monte)

Hell yea it isNpp - it's not that you can "get away with it" per say. You're furnace and keeping you full will be the hardest part of prep.
Everyone gets flat, and getting flat is part of it but, given your unbelievable metabolism, we will try to avoid it when ever we can.
Also, no tren to start for the same reasons, we don't need any increases in metabolism whatsoever and it's notorious for making people flatten out who are already chewing through calories.

Had a muscle round only day as part of the new @fortitude_training template I'm using going into prep. I love this style and wish I'd never stopped it. Need to up the weight a bit almost across the board but not bad for first day and failed on last rep of every set obviously. I did:
wide grip pulldowns 4/4/4/4/4/6 @ 140lb
Hammer flat press 4/4/4/4/4/4 @ 2 pps
Hammer incline 4/4/4/4/4/2 @2pps
Hammer shoulder press 4/4/4/4/3 @2pps
Vbar press down 4/4/4/4/3 @160lbs
My tricep was cramping and hurt so bad in that pic![]()

Yup. Now I either have my gal count for me or walk to my book and write it down while I take my 10 sec/5 breathsDo you get in a groove with the muscle rounds and lose count of what set you’re on? I always seem to go brain dead at about set 4

Got it all but biceps. Got those Saturday when I did lower muscle rounds. I need to get that logged in hereNice “Hammer Style” training & rep/sets. About took out the whole upper body there
