I been loving those cage presses!!! Glad you introduced me to em couple mos ago or however long it's been.
The cuffed laterals I like pretty well too. I've done em in the past and loved em but for some reason they don't seem to hit like they used to or any better than DB laterals. At least it's something different tho.

Think of pushing your wrist down and out instead of just pulling it up and out

I keep leaving my log book in the car and too lazy after shower and laying in bed to go get it but training has went extremely well last two days. Progress all the way around. I do remember yesterday I got 495×7 deadlifting and today no progress with flat BB press with 315 but got 295×6 and 245×11 and failed half way up with the 12th rep. Smashed incline Smith too. I'll get everything updated tomorrow

Today's hack squat didn't go as planned but I was tired of goin over my rep range everytime and I just wanted to feel some weight so made a big jump to 5 plates just to see what would happen. And well........

Seated hams

Hacks

4 pps X 8 thought I'd get more but first set had me smoked

Leg press
5 plates +35pps × 20/18

Leg ext

Seated calves

Wide pulldown (backs not fully recovered and bit sore so just 3 str8 sets instead of muscle round)

Yesterday was shoulders and Tris
Super good day. Shoulder press the 90s x 12 and Smith close gripped 245x14 I believe it was. Elbow was a bit crunchy and poppy lol so had to cut back and replace DB ext and Smith was taken at the time so had to improvise the behind the neck presses on a machine.
It's almost time to kick off prep/cycle so look forward to that next week.

500 test
300 npp(cause I can get away with it cutting)
300 mast
3iu gh
Tren anavar will come into play later
Starting weight is 208. I'll be more than happy if I walk away from this at 187+.. 190+ would be even better.
Had a pretty good start weight wise training today.

Npp - it's not that you can "get away with it" per say. You're furnace and keeping you full will be the hardest part of prep.

Everyone gets flat, and getting flat is part of it but, given your unbelievable metabolism, we will try to avoid it when ever we can.

Also, no tren to start for the same reasons, we don't need any increases in metabolism whatsoever and it's notorious for making people flatten out who are already chewing through calories.

Gonna be a fun run. Short, but fun

Squatting didn't go as planned. Really thought I had that 6th rep with 385 but just didn't. The video looked great, but it just felt so damn heavy and "off!" I felt my form break I thought,but again, video looked great. Oh well, got 365x6 next set.

I'm not the biggest fan of tren anyway. Last few weeks will be plenty for me I think too

Had a muscle round only day as part of the new @fortitude_training template I'm using going into prep. I love this style and wish I'd never stopped it. Need to up the weight a bit almost across the board but not bad for first day and failed on last rep of every set obviously. I did:
wide grip pulldowns 4/4/4/4/4/6 @ 140lb
Hammer flat press 4/4/4/4/4/4 @ 2 pps
Hammer incline 4/4/4/4/4/2 @2pps
Hammer shoulder press 4/4/4/4/3 @2pps
Vbar press down 4/4/4/4/3 @160lbs
My tricep was cramping and hurt so bad in that pic

Do you get in a groove with the muscle rounds and lose count of what set you’re on? I always seem to go brain dead at about set 4

FINALLY FINALLY FINALLY got 315x7 on flat bench!!! Only took a year and a half to get that 7th rep lol. Pretty sure the 100sX10 on incline DB press is a PR too. Matched rack pull best BUT it was after 3 sets of pressing so another win imo.
