So Im 59y.o. and just finishing up my first ever cycle after TRT for 2 years. It was a 16 week bulk cycle and I started with TEST C at 300 a week and Deca at 200 a week. I gradually increased both finishing up at TEST 400 ( had to switch to test E as I ran out of the C ) and Deca at 300 pinning Mondays and Wednesdays. I did throw some DBOL in on occasion and definitely noticed an increase in my intensity on those days. Thankfully ZERO sides except for insane night sweats...like 4 tee shirts a night worth! I managed to go from 166lbs to 177lbs with minimal chub showing on the waistline so I'm psyched about that and have added Cardio back in. I ride a road bike and see my 40 mile ride speed avg went up from 12.8mph to 14+ mph. (VO2 max took a hit from the minimum cardio on cycle and im sucking wind!)
The question now as I plan to return to TRT levels at +/- 200 a week is should I drop from the 400 a week test to the TRT levels in one shot (no pun intended) or do I take it down incrementally by mb 100mgs a week. Bloodwork to follow ASAP.
