Dutch Pharma was generous enough to send me a vial of test cyp, eq400, and injectable anadrol to log in my offseason. I didn’t first injection of test and eq tonight and it went smooth as butter 👌

Some stats:
Height: 5’5
Weight 195.8 fasted at last check in
Off season goal: hit 200lbs and solidify/consolidate there for remainder of off season.

Just ended my cruise tonight with first injection of my current blast. Bloodwork came back and everything looked good so now I’m ready to really start digging.

Cruise:
200mg test cyp
12iu hgh

Current cycle (will be titrated up):
500 test cyp
400 eq
8iu hgh (reducing to hopefully bring down fasted BG)

Current diet:
6 meals daily
Base day (5 days weekly)
300g protein
500g carbs
94g fat

High day
300g protein
600g carbs
94g fat

Refeed (to push glycogen and promote gastric emptying)
150g protein
420g carbs
Trace fats
+
Free meal (usually burger and fries)


Workout schedule:
Sunday: biceps/triceps/calves/abs
Monday: rest
Tuesday: chest/shoulders
Wednesday: legs
Thursday: rest
Friday: back
Saturday: legs

Cardio is done daily: 10-15 minutes + an additional 6-8k steps daily

Not much to tell at this point. There was no PIP or swelling from last nights first injection which is nice.

Rest day today. Fasted BG was 117 this morning, which is no bueno. I reduced my hgh from 12iu to 8iu 3 days ago so hopefully it drops a bit in the next couple weeks. If not, or if it rises I’ll have to talk to my coach about a mini cut.

I think the rapid rise came from increasing my hgh dose too quickly (8-9-10-12 over roughly 4 weeks). That’s on me, not my coach. I could reintroduce GDAs, add metformin, or add jardiance, but I feel a temporary dietary correction is likely the most effective and responsible route. However, at 9 months out from my qualifier this is really the time to push forward and tbh I’d like to not reduce calories at this point. I’ll see what my coach says.

I check in tomorrow, I’m expecting weight to be down a bit. Last week I got sick af and although I remained on plan, I missed several meals/workouts. I should also have some updated pictures. Chest/shoulders tomorrow!
 
When do you take your gh, all at once before bed, or multiple times throughout the day?

Thanks man! We haven’t added it in yet, but i did give it a try. Almost instant aggression, laser focus and drive to move big weight. Very cool stuff, can’t wait to add it in.
 
Here are a few shots from this mornings check in with my coach. As expected, due several missed meals and missed workouts, weights down a bit from last week. It sucks, but I’m pushing forward. 191.1 here.

High rep leg extensions (regular rep range had my knees aching recently)

Brutal leg day, I used my sample pack of bang that @GYMnTONIC sent me with an order last week. Excellent energy and focus.

Meals are on point, diet basically stays the same until coach makes a change. Cardio is increased to 60 minutes weekly in addition to 2x 14 minute hiit sessions. We’re going to try to bring my bg down a bit.

I did 1/2 ml injection of anadrol pre workout and that proved to be very helpful. It has a very temporary bite to it but, low key, I like the pain. Excellent aggression and desire to move heavy weight and put people through walls 💪💪

The injectable Anadrol is dosed heavy so it will have a little bite to it. It’s impossible to make that particular compound painless dosed the way it is.

But I’m like you, I for what ever reason almost enjoy the bite 😂

Rest day today. Yesterday was arms. Great pump and strength is on the move which is a great sign if saturation. I know eq is slow af but the endurance is starting to creep in already. Hematocrit levels and rbc are just out of range so I’ll likely donate soon. This could also be contributing to the enhanced endurance. Workout and pump were fantastic.

Check in and chest/shoulders tomorrow, so I’ll have some updated photos. I threw in telmisartan at 40mg, as my bp always rises with eq - I’ve been urinating non stop. I’m curious as to what my weight is. I only weigh myself at check ins or I go nuts watching weight fluctuations.

This week has been insane. My wife has been sick, kids are sick, work was nuts - glad it’s over. I have a few updates- weds was leg day, strength is steadily increasing and so is endurance. There haven’t been any changes to diet, or gear so that’s a great sign. My last check in was 193.4, so up 2.3 lbs from last week.

Leg training was the same as last Wednesday. Brutal as usual, but as noted strength and endurance are coming in nicely.

Thursday was a rest day. Not much to note here, meals were nailed as usual.

Today was back day and it was a fantastic workout. Same as last Friday but u added a few sets to rows, cable pullovers and reverse pull downs. I felt like I could handle the extra volume so I threw it in. Also hit abs and vacuums, 20 minutes cardio and 10 minutes posing. Excellent session!
