Delts can be a bitch . At least for me . I try not to pin them if I can , especially if scar tissue starts to develop you can see it . Lats are pure butter , scary at first but man it slides right on in and holds a good amount of oil. I have no issue putting 3.5ccs in delt, will get a little leakage . Lats no leakage with 3+cc . Love the feedback brother! I felt good day one on it but day 3 really stood out. Then everyday after. Prob need a break from it tbhIām pretty sensitive to holding water with drol and especially Dbol . Only when Iām a little fluffy which I am 9 months out of the year.
I donāt get that crazy water from the injectable orals or even the gyno symptoms. I will not dare touch a Dbol tablet but Iāll use the injectable any day of the week. Absolutely love the stuff , Iām definitely Pro injectable oral. Just from the 25mg injected yesterday by the end of the day after cardio and no more carbs I was nice and round with a hard full chest which usually isnāt the case . 10/10 for me
A trick is reach up and grab the frame around your door. Or bend in half and stretch your arm forward. Do those movements while feeling for your lat. I actually inject using this style.Delts are easy... never did a lat, not sure how I'd be able to reach, aspirate and shoot??

Yep..right over sink in bathroom, I watch in mirror..I only had 1 bad lat shot,3 different carrier oils 2ml..I went to low..it lump up for few days,kinda painful..but it just felt like been punched in ribs..I lean sideways over sink and use the sink bowl to anchor my injecting arm elbow then strextch arm of lat side pinned out across my chin . I have used anything from .5 to a 1.5 in there..
Thatās why I donāt do quads. Every horror story starts with āI gave myself a shot in the legāI use 25g , I pin quads twice a week but I donāt enjoy it . Much rather hit other places . Using a lot of oil as well so quads are good, I can always move over a .5ā or so are hit em again more frequently if Iām in a rush or other places are sore . After having an infection in quad that landed me in hospital Iām very weary of them now . I basically bathe everything in alcohol 2-3x before stabbing them

DB Tri extension dual 100lbs 2 sets of 8
Dips to failure
Side lateral machine 2 top sets of 8 , 4 drops on last set
Db side laterals 15,20,25,30,35, 25, 20 all to failure
Deadlifts 405 3 sets of 8 , wanted close to 500 for 8 but by 315 the back pumps were too much , still canāt get comfortable

Today was the 4th time Iāve deadlifted this year . Before that maybe 4 years ago. My lower back would always hurt so I gave it up . Just thought it wasnāt for me, I kept RDLs in every once in a while but always stopped little lower than knee . I want more thickness all over so I told myself come hell or high water Iām going to figure out this god damn deadlift I try my hardest to perform them perfectly . Iām pretty surprised with the amount of weight Iāve got up my self. 2 weeks ago 455 was a breeze and I was so excited big fucker next to me pulling 600+ was laughing at my ass.Did you say you havenāt touched deadlifts for a while? Iām so big on controlling negatives on everything I do, I even do it while deadlifting. Iām pretty sure thatās zapping a lot of my energy and strength but Iām just trying to load my lats and erectors as much as possible so I feel like slowly lowering it is the way to go , I could be wrong . Just looking for different ways to grow than what Iāve been doing .
I love it ! Doesnāt seem to fatigue me too much throughout the week but Iām also only in the 400s Iām sure closer to 600 and Iād be feeling like a car wreck. I enjoy my back squats more though so Iāll definitely can deads if I think itās going to weaken my squat session for the week .
It does hurt my lower back a little more than I would like to be honest so I know Iām doing something wrong or maybe forcing weight jumps when I shouldnāt but fuck Iām trying

DHB is kickin like a mule , strength is climbing very quickly , muscles are very round and full 24/7. Recovery has also been insane . Iām finding I can hit body parts way earlier than usual after punishing them . Iām sure the Anadrol is helping quite a bit with that though

Put 2 mls of inject Anadrol in the delt and it had a little nibble to it as you would expect but man I donāt think I said a single word to anyone at the gym . I was laser vision and feeling like a damn gorilla

Right now Iām just chilling relaxing and this is where Iām at. I did just get home from gym a hr ago.What else are you taking at the moment?
Maybe Iām just lucky. Even on the anadrol inject and Tren I sit around 138/68 - with no meds.
