When I see see dudes pinning lats and delts, I think I gotta level up like you guys.
Delts can be a bitch . At least for me . I try not to pin them if I can , especially if scar tissue starts to develop you can see it . Lats are pure butter , scary at first but man it slides right on in and holds a good amount of oil. I have no issue putting 3.5ccs in delt, will get a little leakage . Lats no leakage with 3+cc . You love pinning them once you try it
 
Iā€™m pretty sensitive to holding water with drol and especially Dbol . Only when Iā€™m a little fluffy which I am 9 months out of the year.

I donā€™t get that crazy water from the injectable orals or even the gyno symptoms. I will not dare touch a Dbol tablet but Iā€™ll use the injectable any day of the week. Absolutely love the stuff , Iā€™m definitely Pro injectable oral. Just from the 25mg injected yesterday by the end of the day after cardio and no more carbs I was nice and round with a hard full chest which usually isnā€™t the case . 10/10 for me
Love the feedback brother! I felt good day one on it but day 3 really stood out. Then everyday after. Prob need a break from it tbh šŸ˜‚
 
Delts are easy... never did a lat, not sure how I'd be able to reach, aspirate and shoot??
I lean sideways over sink and use the sink bowl to anchor my injecting arm elbow then strextch arm of lat side pinned out across my chin . Like reaching across your face but elbow in sink bowl lip to push it forward

I donā€™t do quads anymore. I am on a lot of oil at the moment too so it sucks. Just never have good luck with the legs.

Yep..right over sink in bathroom, I watch in mirror..I only had 1 bad lat shot,3 different carrier oils 2ml..I went to low..it lump up for few days,kinda painful..but it just felt like been punched in ribs..

I'm using 1/2" 27g in delts.

The lats sound like you gotta be a contortionist, lol. I'm trying to picture all this with door frames and sinks..šŸ˜†

I donā€™t do quads anymore. I am on a lot of oil at the moment too so it sucks. Just never have good luck with the legs.

Thatā€™s all Iā€™ve ever pinned going on 15 years on and off so they are acclimated.

I will say I started using a massage gun with a soft tip for about 3 minutes after pinning and itā€™s made a HUGE different. Broke up all the scar tissue and much easier to inject now.

Using a lot of oil as well so quads are good, I can always move over a .5ā€ or so are hit em again more frequently if Iā€™m in a rush or other places are sore . After having an infection in quad that landed me in hospital Iā€™m very weary of them now . I basically bathe everything in alcohol 2-3x before stabbing them

I have lots of veins and nerves in mine. Hitting a nerve 3 times in a row in different spots Iā€™m like nah, Iā€™ll just double up somewhere else šŸ˜‚

Today was the 4th time Iā€™ve deadlifted this year . Before that maybe 4 years ago. My lower back would always hurt so I gave it up . Just thought it wasnā€™t for me, I kept RDLs in every once in a while but always stopped little lower than knee . I want more thickness all over so I told myself come hell or high water Iā€™m going to figure out this god damn deadlift šŸ¤£ I try my hardest to perform them perfectly . Iā€™m pretty surprised with the amount of weight Iā€™ve got up my self. 2 weeks ago 455 was a breeze and I was so excited šŸ¤£ big fucker next to me pulling 600+ was laughing at my ass.

Iā€™m so big on controlling negatives on everything I do, I even do it while deadlifting. Iā€™m pretty sure thatā€™s zapping a lot of my energy and strength but Iā€™m just trying to load my lats and erectors as much as possible so I feel like slowly lowering it is the way to go , I could be wrong . Just looking for different ways to grow than what Iā€™ve been doing .

I love it ! Doesnā€™t seem to fatigue me too much throughout the week but Iā€™m also only in the 400s šŸ¤£ Iā€™m sure closer to 600 and Iā€™d be feeling like a car wreck. I enjoy my back squats more though so Iā€™ll definitely can deads if I think itā€™s going to weaken my squat session for the week .

It does hurt my lower back a little more than I would like to be honest so I know Iā€™m doing something wrong or maybe forcing weight jumps when I shouldnā€™t but fuck Iā€™m trying

I throw them in time to time. Used to be all about them but I think the risk VS reward just isnā€™t there for me anymore.

And controlling the negatives will definitely tire you out much faster and longer. At one point I tried the same and thatā€™s when I started hurting the most. Lots of other movements out there for the back where I wonā€™t hurt myself lol.

Cause Iā€™ll be damned if Iā€™m not going for a max everyone. Itā€™s one of those movements where you just want lower the weight. Go big or go home and after years of doing them I went home šŸ˜‚
 
I totally agree man, Iā€™m sure Iā€™ll phase out of them sooner than later. I just hope itā€™s a personal decision, not one forced by an injury šŸ¤£ I definitely know when to call it on deads. I wonā€™t risk it all for a 1 rep max , when I feel true pain . I call it , I much prefer a good machine with a deep stretch anyways
 
Recap . DHB is kickin like a mule , strength is climbing very quickly , muscles are very round and full 24/7. Recovery has also been insane . Iā€™m finding I can hit body parts way earlier than usual after punishing them . Iā€™m sure the Anadrol is helping quite a bit with that though

5 plates per side hack squat for 6 , 4 plates , 3 plates , 2 plates
All one set. Had some random cat stripping plates . My legs were toast after that , first time Iā€™ve ever called a workout short. It was definitely enough stimulus for the day for legs

Today - Shoulders

Put 2 mls of inject Anadrol in the delt and it had a little nibble to it as you would expect šŸ¤£ but man I donā€™t think I said a single word to anyone at the gym . I was laser vision and feeling like a damn gorilla

That drol is fucking awesome. Laser vision just staring at the plates is accurate. šŸ˜‚Donā€™t even look at anybody let alone talk to anyone..3 awesome workouts. Pumps were epic, I had to put it down for a minute though..Waiting on some Bp meds. Lol! Shit had me 170/110šŸ’€good stuff šŸ˜„

same here when I trained back and chest together šŸ¤£ I thought I was gnna pass out or squirt blood everywhere. Love that damn drol. Could be me but I find the heartburn isnā€™t as bad as the oral also

What else are you taking at the moment?

Maybe Iā€™m just lucky. Even on the anadrol inject and Tren I sit around 138/68 - with no meds.

Find a new doctor dude. There's plenty of old safe drugs that can lower blood pressure with virtually no side effects.
