Thanks man.. I’ll mk this quick. October 2020 rehab…started dieting in 2021. Took a year of walking to lose 40+ lbs. 2022 got a gym membership & started going hard and then it dawned on me they have drugs for the gym. 🤔 I was like well I’ll be damned..hopped on Google and found flash which led me to asf..march 2022 joined the dark side.
Diets always been high protein low fat. I always track protein. Made a point to atleast hit that goal.
Fish chicken steak when I can afford it.rice vegetables yogurt tuna fish shit load of eggs oatmeal ground turkey beef .. Pretty boring really. . Cheat meals at granny’s every Sunday.. I don’t compete. Just me against me. I’m gonna be 46yrsold.
I’m just trying to be the most jacked dad at the pta meeting. I’m not winning though. Not yet.. lol!!
 
I’ve been keeping an eye on you since you joined SB, I can tell your good at staying away from the kids sweets or you got one hell of a metabolism! You look awesome man, I’m glad you posted that photo here . I think I’ll lower my test dose to something more reasonable and go full cut mode . I’ll have some motivation to look at when I get hungry and want to bail . My boy JBswole40 snuck up out of nowhere with the lean and mean physique as well. I guess I need to join the club 🤣 I can’t be the fat friend at the party , yall will get all the pussy

I ran sema for 3 months.. it worked very well for me.. ran it with 300 test and 300 primo. Gh in am and pm-20-30min Fasted cardio every morning. Eat as much low cal food as I could then hit the iron at night.. also clen and t-3 in the mix.. winny on and off. Clen is fucking amazing if you can handle it and you’re healthy.
when I started dieted I should of dieted down to 10-12% but I didn’t. I started bulking to soon. I did grow but still belly fat etc. wasn’t happy with the look. After silently stalking @Meetketchup and @Wardamn I knew what I needed to do. So I committed to this cut. I think my bf% is there but I’m still cutting. Can’t wait to hop on some npp and primo, push gh and food like I never have before. My goal is 220 lean.. someday… lol!

I made that mistake my last cut few months ago. I got busy which was no excuse but decided hey I’m leanish, let’s plug in Deca and eat . Horrible idea , sure I got stronger in certain lifts and a tad thicker but still kept that annoying pinch around the waste . Wardamn was always motivating and telling me “ keep pushing “. Should have listened , got back on track and kept doing what I was doing instead of adding food. I learn shit the hard way over and over again. That insulin sensitivity is so important . Especially for naturally thick/fat guys like me. Takes that digging deep and I bailed too quick last time just because I was uncomfortable. Can’t do that again , i need to drop cals slowly and do things right or I’ll burn out and say FUCK IT . I know me and I know I don’t like being uncomfortable. But it’s what it takes
 
Enjoying your log as usual. Thanks for your contribution to asf. I was running sust primo . Lower dosages..just Ran out of primo and added eq and dhb. First go with eq and dhb.
Pre school dosages compared to you ,but
I’m at 350 sust/ 350 eq/ 500 dhb. 3 iu hgh.
I started the dhb and eq 1 week after you did.
Things I’ve noticed 2 weeks into dhb and eq.
1. Strength definitely up
2. I look bigger(significantly coming off a cut)
3. Veins are getting crazy( I’m pretty lean)
Should be a freak show soon.
4. Libido similar to tren.. can’t keep my face out of my girls ass.
5. Heartburn similar to tren but not nearly as bad.
6. Sleep is great . Def sweating a little( not as bad as tren)
7.i never get mental sides or crazy thoughts. Not even on tren.
8. Not sure yet if eq is helping e-2. I doubt it can replace primo. Primo is amazing.

I feel fucking fantastic. Can’t wait until fully saturated. The long ester in the sustanon 250 should be kicking in about now to. Traps popping out my hoodie.
This is gonna be fun.
My fav is number 4.

I operate so much better when I’m lighter and eating healthier, don’t know why I get caught up in that eat big shit . That extra wind and gas in the tank makes a huge difference on those last few reps of squats. Will be very happy if I can keep this momentum up 💪

I’ve always been a hell of a ball player, basketball is life in this house . Not so much now that I’m 240 , I get gassed quick and just can’t move like I used to . My wife on the other hand is still a BAD ASS point guard. But I’ve never been able to dunk , sure grab the rim or slap the board but not once in my life have I completed a dunk . These kids are unbelievable, my kids are the only whiteys on the team 🤣 you can’t progress playing kids at your caliber . We put em in the trenches and let them grow the hard way . I feel the same way about the gym. Whoever the biggest and baddest is at that day . I’m tryin to work in and pick up some tips and tricks
I use to drive my boys 1.5 hour each way 5 days a week for wrestling/grappling training/practice. Iron sharpens Iron & Hammers create Hammers👍💪

Stuck .5ml in the lat . Didn’t have any more room in syringe. Only downfall of injectable orals for me. Damn EQ and DHB using all the space . I pin daily and never have minded that but I refuse to pin twice per day 🤣

Bite on the Injct Drol 3/10 . Feels like a Tren Ace ml , not painful but you know it’s there . Could smell and taste it immediately. I get no appetite suppression from Anadrol so orally works just fine for me . Always fun to play with a good injectable though. They hit harder and just give that different feel in the body .

Was going to take the day off but I might go pump up some triceps and calves . Nothing crazy heavy just move some blood around and fill em up

Yesterday rest day . Did some cardio with the ol lady . Carbs ended up being around 135gs yesterday

About to go nail some triceps , delts and deadlifts .

Stuck 1ml Dutch Sust , 1ml Dutch DHB, and .7ml Dutch Anadrol in left lat . Absolutely 0 pip from the drol . Must have hit a sensitive spot yesterday, because I can’t feel a thing today . 40mcg Dutch clen & 50mg Dutch winny

1 cup dry weight oats , 5 whole eggs at 10am

.6lb lean red meat and 40g worth of carbs in sweet potatoes just now

Probably chew on a 50mg Anadrol tab as well and see if we can pull 500 off the floor today , feeling good

The Drol is definitely area specific. I have 2/10 pip in my shoulders. Not much to report in the glutes. I hit my shoulders a lot so I think if you hit a frequented spot it hits a little harder. Still trying to figure it out but I know I love it. Hits a little different than the oral does for me.
 
When I see see dudes pinning lats and delts, I think I gotta level up like you guys.
 
I’m pretty sensitive to holding water with drol and especially Dbol . Only when I’m a little fluffy which I am 9 months out of the year.

I don’t get that crazy water from the injectable orals or even the gyno symptoms. I will not dare touch a Dbol tablet but I’ll use the injectable any day of the week. Absolutely love the stuff , I’m definitely Pro injectable oral. Just from the 25mg injected yesterday by the end of the day after cardio and no more carbs I was nice and round with a hard full chest which usually isn’t the case . 10/10 for me
