Snagged some vials of DHB and a bag of winny from the good ol boys over at Dutch.
Had a pretty successful 12 week bulk with Deca but got a little fluffy , as one does when they eat like a teenager at 5am.
Looking to improve the quality of muscle, bring the abs back but keep progressing on my big lifts. Not worried about the scale

248 this morning fasted

DHB will be ran at 500mgs
Winny at 50mgs daily once Deca has some time to clear

Huge fan of DHB and have not ran it in a proper cycle in a few years .

Protein sources - lean ground beef , egg whites , lean ground turkey , whole eggs , premier protein

Carb sources - sweet potatoes , veggies , jasmine rice , oats

Did not pin the DHB today , will start it tomorrow. I hear 0 pip, if so I’ll be picking up some more 💪 let’s rock and roll 🤘

Put 1ml of Dutch DHB in the quad around 11am . Absolutely 0 pip to report, tops on the vials are nice and secure , stoppers are sturdy. All around 10/10 for presentation and drawing/shooting process.

Couple meals of lean red meat with rice and sweet potatoes, 1 lean turkey meatballs with vegetables , 2 protein shakes. 8 whole eggs with some fruit for dinner. Gtta stay out the pantry after work.

Push workout today. Right front delt was really bothering me but I sucked it up and fought through it

Incline smith 2 top sets with a back off
Flat DB press 3 x 8 with the 110s
Hammer strength incline press top set with 3 1/4 and 2 drop sets
Machine laterals done unilaterally
Db laterals until complete failure

Pretty pleased with the lift, had plans on incline barbell instead of smith but I wasn’t chancing it with the delt pain

Legs tomorrow, I’ve had a barbell squat obsession this year so we shall see 💪

Are those premade/ frozen turkey meatballs? Sometimes those premade ones hit the spot with some Raos sauce. Don't make a habit of it though!

Yes the premade frozen ones . 140 cals for just 15g of protein so I’m not crazy about that but when I don’t have time to cook egg whites , don’t want a shake or have any meat and rice made I have no issues devouring them . Sugar free BBQ is my go to. I usually shoot for 2 egg meals and 3lbs of lean red meat or lean ground turkey a day . Fish if I have some, been a bit relaxed since I’ve been training like a horse lately . My body is broken 🤣

Another ml down this morning , in the glute this time. Smooth as butter ! Smashing this pre workout meal and killing some legs . Slowly starting that lower carb process

Just remember, if you lower carbs, the fats need to go up. I see super low fat a lot and that's not good for your brain/ body. I've heard as much as 1 gram/ kg of body weight. So if you're 220 lbs, you need 100 grams of fat. Don't be afraid of those eggs yokes, they'd be really good on those bagels!

Totally agree brother . I’ve made that mistake in the past and my brain was useless. My breakfast is usually whole eggs with the bagel and or oats . I had used half a carton of egg whites for a shake yesterday so decided to just finish it off. Big red meat meal at 8am as well, I can’t live without whole eggs
 
My lunch today was 9 whole eggs.. with some chicken and green beans 😆
I’m 1000% on board with that . Little black pepper and a Lipton diet green tea . Shit I could eat that all day . I intake at least 400-600 grams of carbs per day . Clean sources , just a matter of what time of day I fit them in . I can’t survive long on low carbs

Barbell squat worked up to a strong set of 405 for 5 (455 for 6 was the goal today) absolutely was not happening

Usually move to leg press after squats or even hacks on a volume day but I was spent

Not bad for 3 hours of sleep , I’m huge on controlling negatives with a 1-2 second pause on every exercise , every rep.
I see people bounce out of the bottom of reps and get up like they did something amazing . I give them their dap and tell them to control that shit next time.

ol ladies sister and her husband went out of town to Oregon . They hired a house / dog sitter . She left around 11pm , I got off work around 4 this morning. Figured I’d swing by and let the puppies use the bathroom. As I’m leaving I lock the keyless keypad and the damn thing locks and dies. No spare key , no opening windows on house . Took a good 2 hours of calling him to finally wake his ass up and get his Tesla app log in Info . Downloaded the app and thank god I could get close enough to the car from the outside of the garage to link it up and open the garage . Changed batteries in lock . My old tired ass needs some sleep 🥱

Been kicked back watching the CrossFit Games the last 2 days, I love elite level CrossFit. No way I could do that shit but I’m very impressed by the ones who can . Very sad that Serbian fella drowned though , brother and mom watched him go under . Wouldn’t wish that open anyone

Stuck 1ml DHB, 1ml Test, .5ml Tren A in the Lat early this morning . 0 pip. Started the Dutch winstrol as well, going full boar now

Bodyweight pull ups to failure
Assisted pull ups pyramiding ( been really focusing on pull ups , keeping shit simple )

DB Rows , 90s 100s 110s 120s

Medium mag grip pulldowns . Worked up to a heavy 8 then 3 drops

Low row cable with a straight bar targeting upper back . Kept it pretty light and was focusing on squeeze and stretch

Deadlifts worked up to 405 x 8 , farted on the 8th rep and I swear I could hear it through my headphones , didn’t wanna risk further embarrassment so dropped back to 315 and burned out

Rear delts to failure on pec Dec

Got that good numbness going in the back

Diet has been perfect , 0 sugar , seeing lines and new veins coming in . Excited to see what’s up with the Dutch winny 💪

Won’t be eating Dave’s killer bagels before deadlifts again. Catastrophe was nipping on my heels 💨

Didn’t get too too fat this last bulk 🤣 once I lost those top 4 abs though I said naw we ain’t doing this shit again . God willing stars will align and I can creep into a good look in the next few months . Excited to see what DHB will do in a slight deficit with heavy training . Definitely feel and look a bit fresher with a super low dose Tren opposed to high doses like the past days . 242 this morning fasted

Focused on posterior chain all bulk , arms traps and back have improved a ton but hamstrings have grown the most thank god, been hammering those bitches . Gtta get my ol lady to stop tripping and shave the ol sweater off the back

Incline barbell, pyramided up to 315 x 6 then back down to 135

Slight incline DB power flys 55lbs, 60lbs , 65lbs

Hammer Strength Decline , things did not feel right with 2 plates , left it alone and did cable crossovers instead

Matrix Flat chest press , pyramided up to complete failure . 30 second rest between sets

Wanted to hit some biceps with chest but I was toast 🍞

*** was at the gym and my ring doorbell camera went off, repod a ladies Lexus Friday evening , fuckin lien holder gave her my home address and told her to come redeem her vehicle , that was frustrating and unexpected so i couldn’t really focus . Luckily she wasn’t a crazy hood rat and went on her way , I felt for her but nothing I could do. Uber dumped her and left so she calmly sat on the curb waiting on her next Uber. I was trying to lift and make sure she didn’t burn my damn house down 🤣
