Sorry for the multiple posts. I am exhausted from work and my brain is going 5 directions at once.

When I lost 40+ pounds of fat this year my coach did a lot of calorie changes bc my metabolism would slow down. He would have me at 2300 then drop to 2000 for a while then back to 2300 then back to 2100. Was a lot of consistent calorie changes but it worked like a charm. My metabolism was a furnace and I just kept burning fat like crazy. So point being is don't get bogged down be always keeping calories super low. Be open to raising them for a few days, a week etc. The goal is to keep your metabolism going hard while the fat consistently burns off.

Great progress so far though! Please don't take any of the above as me not appreciating the great progress you have made so far! Keep grinding. I assure you that every drop of sweat, every hunger pain, every stomach growl and every bit of discomfort is worth it. There is nothing like looking in the mirror and realizing how much different you look and how much closer you are to looking how you want to look. It's a good feeling......because you know that YOU did that!

I'm no where near where I want to be but I'm damn closer than I was before I started! That's what it's all about.

Man 2k calories isn't very much for an extended period of time. Any idea what your maintenance calories are? Are you consistently losing weight? If your weight loss stalls I'd raise calories a bit for a while bc your metabolism might slow way down. Do a week of say 2500 calories to give your metabolism some incentive to fire on all cylinders.

I think maintenance is about 3500

Upped the protein intake to 250+

Arms and shoulders today.

3 mile hike in the mountains.

Busy work day, lots of moving parts.

Ready to get back into the grind, have a trip to Hawaii in Jan with my team from work.

It’s a good goal to be in good shape for, shooting for ~200lbs

Back at it, helping a neighbor move tonight, and the hitting legs.

Dinner is going to be chicken and veggies.

Also started P_labs cialis this week, quad pump like I have never had it before.

I just got a bottle of their cialis the other day too. It's amazing! I use it now and SB labs cialis. Both are top notch. My wife comments on how it makes my dick bigger. She wasn't thrilled but doesn't mind it either lol.

Yesterday was cardio with the puppy and my daughters last soccer game of the season.

Diet is going strong, Costco run to load up in chicken, beef, and fish.

Cardio with the puppy after church today, I’ll see if I can talk the kids into coming with me.

Got my hour of cardio in this morning.

I do all my cardio outside, we hav officially entered the Cold n Dark season of morning cardio.

Headlamps and sweats, for the next 5 months.

The upside is I hardly ever see anybody else on the trails.
