Getting back to updating this haha.

220 lbs this AM.

First meal 6 eggs and a shake for 60 grams of protein.

Lifting shoulders and arms tonight, with an hour of cardio.

Had to drop the Tren as I got nasty stomach and digestive issues.

I was nauseous 24/7.

I have also added Proviron 25mg a day to the mix and cut my Ai in half.

500mg Tren is a hefty dose. I’m sure you had lots of sides. I’m on 200mg and minus some heartburn I have zero sides. Maybe lower the dose to like 150-200 a week. Or replace it with NPP.

Keeping steady at 200 grams of protein per day

Back and bis tonight.

Already did 40 mins fasted cardio this morning.

It was late when I got back from the game with the fam, so it was a quick garage session.

Hit squats and BSS hard and quick.

Worked up a good sweat and I’m sure I’ll have a little doms.

I forget how simple movement can be very effective.

You're doing great sir but yes I would raise protein if I was you. Might as well get the most that you can out of your diet.

250 would be great.

Nutrient partitioning is a real thing. You're short changing your self if you don't get enough protein. The body can't convert anything else into protein. If you have extra protein and your body needs carbs it can convert protein into glucose but it can't covert carbs to protein.

If your weight loss stalls I'd raise calories a bit for a while bc your metabolism might slow way down. Do a week of say 2500 calories to give your metabolism some incentive to fire on all cylinders.
