500mg Tren is a hefty dose. I’m sure you had lots of sides. I’m on 200mg and minus some heartburn I have zero sides. Maybe lower the dose to like 150-200 a week. Or replace it with NPP.Had to drop the Tren as I got nasty stomach and digestive issues.
I was nauseous 24/7.
I have also added Proviron 25mg a day to the mix and cut my Ai in half.

Good choiceI’m taking a break for a month and then 20mg ed, and seeing how I feel.

You're doing great sir but yes I would raise protein if I was you. Might as well get the most that you can out of your diet.Yeah I need to up my protein intake.

Great tip right here..Man 2k calories isn't very much for an extended period of time. Any idea what your maintenance calories are? 🤔 Are you consistently losing weight? If your weight loss stalls I'd raise calories a bit for a while bc your metabolism might slow way down. Do a week of say 2500 calories to give your metabolism some incentive to fire on all cylinders.
