Domestic package from vendor seized

Domestic package from a board vendor shows “seized by law enforcement” on the tracking. Anyone seen this on a domestic ship before? I had one seized through customs a while ago, but this is a first. Little worried on the repercussions.

Postal inspector? There might be a reason to open up a shipment.
In this case it means sender or receiver of the package are being watched and/or under investigation.

Seized package never say its seized. Its not moving, nothing else.
Express mail packages like DHL or UPS might give more details.
Never heard of any domestic packages seized in 30 years in this business.

This is what I am assuming, that the contents became visible somehow. It’s odd though that they would update the tracking to be so specific. I knew something was wrong when it didn’t move for several days.

Thats possible of course. Never happened to me. Vials got broken all the time and sometimes its a lot of oil.
