Get Shredded!
is there any danger to doing heavy cardio while on cardio? given the higher than normal blood pressure, getting the heart rate up to extreme levels on roids, could it be fatal? for example, I have a heavy cardio session every other day off cycle, which is going up and down 40% hill which about 750 Meter with 75 KG on my shoulders about 20 times each time doing 10 push ups on top of the hill or bottom of the hill, then a 2 KM run and repeat the same, would it possibly kill me if I tried on cycle?

I dont think anyone can say for certain that you would or wouldnt drop dead. If your BP is very high id certainly advise against any heavy cardio. If you have elevated blood counts it will add additional stress to the heart around the clock and doing heavy cardio over time could cause the heart to enlarge which are of course all risk factors.

leave this one for someone who knows....ive never done heavy cardio in my life unleww you count wrestling with random sloots when younger..

i really dont thing high bp is good to do anything though...whether aas related or not....im sure there a ton of studies out there just on high bp and activity...the aas sides definately wouldnt help...thick blood/bp issues etc...

let the vets handle these tough questions

What are you on?

unless you're on something like drol or tren there's usually no excuse for having super high bp. When I was on 1.5g of test my bp was consistently in the 120/70-80 range. On tren it freaks out but that's tren. Personally when I'm on test alone my cardio is awesome. Faster and more stamina.

Took the words out of my mouth.

Theres no excuse to have out of hand BP on AAS. Tren will pretty much kill your BP and you should have access to meds to control it. Otherwise, water intake, not eating an entire salt shaker every day...keeping up on your AI so as not to bloat like a water balloon and yes...cardio...and theres a few supplements here and there that will all keep your BP in check. Not to mention one of the most important things....DONATE BLOOD EVERY 56 DAYS!!!!

On the salt topic too.....if you can find organic, pure unprocessed, unrefined Celtic Sea Salt then you can pretty much eat as much of it as you want. It is VERY healthy for you. Its just salt that is scooped right out of the ocean and packaged.....NOTHING is done to it. Need to put it in a pepper mill though because its really coarse.

What about being more anaerobic then aerobic, it's all about training your lungs and heart and having a balance of weight training and cardio,

Obviously AAS brings in certain risk factors. When I was on the most AAS I've ever used I had perfect BP. Literally around 120-125/70-80 because I did a lot of low intensity cardio. I'd walk everyday for a while. Whether that be walk with a significant other, your kids, or pets. Just get outside and walk. My diet was also on point. Remember back in Arnold's day it wasn't uncommon to eat dbol like crazy and thats with no AI. Also a lot of BBers fluctuate heavily in weight. The old school guys would go from 300 off season to 220 on stage. That is completely useless and dangerous. With the information we have now days we know of good supplements to take to help our hearts.

So what I'm getting at is stop putting money into drugs unless you're willing to put the effort in as well. Don't eat like shit and also you need to stay active. And I will freak out if I hear one more person bitch about fucking health supplement prices. Really??? That 2000 dollars in your drugs didn't bother you so cough up 400-500 TOPS a year in health supplements (that would even probably cover greens supplements). Take your health into your own hands and realize this game isn't going to be fun if you end up killing yourself for being lazy and cheap.

Totally different. He's an endurance guy. All he does is abuse his heart for long periods of time. Like a runner. Runner assholes drop dead all the time.
