Does body get used to exonenous test?

I keep track of my stuff with labs and it doesn't make sense. Did my first cycle last year 450mg test e and 400 mg tren e and when I had labs taken about 6 weeks in my test was 2232 total 904 free. This cycle about 4 weeks in I had labs with 750mg test and 600mg npp test was same batch and my levels now are 2093 total.and 427 free. The estrogen, shbg were the same, prolactin was a little higher this time which was 15 and first cycle was 4 not sure if an increase in 11 would convert that much test to prolactin? So why so low this time? Did I not want long enough for labs?

Exact same batch/vial, I home brew. Sorry for the confusion it's not first cycle but it is the first time i do a shit ton of labs to keep an eye on things now I am older

Tren is going to drive up your test levels, npp is also going to drive up test levels but not nearly to the same extent so it seems normal that your levels would be higher on tren then on npp.

Maybe it’s your gear. I hope it ain’t the same vial you were pinning last year lol order some test from a source and run labs on it. If number improve then your batch is a bit bunky.

Well considering my test went from 150 natural to 2300 I know it's legit lol. I know my powder source is good. And when I say last year I mean end of 2022 not like a year ago. Besides gear keeps awhile if you store it properly. Ok i did not know tren drives up test levels but thats good to know
