I am going for my first deep tissue massage on Friday. I am getting a lot of tension in my hamstrings and mid to outer right back. Never had deep tissue massage before and heard they can be painful. Was thinking of going once a week or twice a month.

Anyone do this? Do you consider it beneficial or waste of time and money? Can females give real deep massage and are they strong enough or will I have to get a male masseuse?

I had this black chick probably 105lbs give me a deep tissue and i left bruised and could barely move. She was all up inside me

The best deep tissue massage I ever had was from this old black lady when I was in Jamaica. Strong as hell and it felt great.

As for the OPs question, a guy would probably be better for a deep tissue massage but I can't bring myself to be rubbed down by a man. Some girls are really weak and might do things like use their elbows which is not pleasant or worth it. Maybe look for recommendations on a good masseuse before committing to one. I personally love deep tissue massages and it can hurt but I like that aspect of it as well.

I skilled person of any size can do it. I was Rolfed by a chick around 130llbs. Get Rolfed and every deep tissue massage after that is a breeze.
These deep tissue massages are definitely worth it if done properly. I think they could be considered an important part of a physical fitness regimen.
Yes, be prepared for some pain, if it's done right. A skilled therapist will also feel the muscle feedback and know when you are on the precipice of "too much".

Does getting a happy ending from a tranny make you gay?

Quite the opposite my friend. That shows just how masculine of a man you truly are if you're that comfortable with yourself. Plus it's only gay if you're receiving.

I get them every other week and love them. I have a female massage therapist and she is strong enough. You get sore for a day or two but really loosens you up. I started getting them to loosen up and also heard that it helps your muscles grow and repair quicker. I would get one every week if they were not so expensive. I'm actually getting one in a few days and can't wait.

Once a week.
Really helps my right shoulder.

Anyone else get really sick after one of those!?! I did and never again

I would go weekly. It can take several sessions for them to get the muscles to release. They will back off if the pain is too much but do yourself a favor and let them crank on your bad areas. 2 days later you should feel good.

Stay hydrated

Hell yeah! I recently travelled to San Diego for training and during lunch one day I decided to try this ashiatsu massage. Holy shit! It's like deep tissue massage, chiropractic adjustment, and cervical traction combined. It's that thing where they walk on you and balance with bars attached to the ceiling. By far the best massage I've ever had. Tried to find another place where I live, but not a single place. It definitely takes some training for these girls, it's not easy. I'm a big dude and this tiny Asian woman beat the shit out of me.

Yes my chiropractor has a pretty young thing that works for her that gives a GREAT massage. I go twice a month. I have had knots in my my shoulders/traps/back for years. They tighten up bad enough to where it effects my training. She has been spending the entire hour working on those knots. Them my chiro uses stem on the knots and adjusts my back/neck afterwards. I feel much better.

To the person who asked about getting sick....I got sick the very next day after the massage. She said it was normal, the body releasing toxins blah blah blah. 10 days later, I am still sick. Hopefully 100% by Friday.

Definitely worth it. I get one once a month. A guy does mine, mostly because hes the best around plus my wife and i are friends with him and his wife. Deep tissue is quite different than a relaxation massage.. Hard to feel awkward when youre getting giant knots kneaded out of your back lol

I try to go once a month...90 minutes. Damn does that go by fast.

I have yet to find a "great" massage therapist that makes me want to return over and over. So I go to a lot of places sometimes based off price.

I used to get them more often. Then I decided to take some mdma before I went. And now massages with out mdma is like going to the gym not geared up. It has lost some luster without drugs

Up with hope down with dope!

I know exacty what you are talking about. Use to go to Couch Freaks and they had a couple massage tables and we would take some Molly and Mushrooms before and a massage today just isn't what it use to be.

I get ART, Accupressure and Accupuncuture. I have done cupping but dont know if I really feel the benefits as much as ART.

A quality deep tissue massage is indispensable. Heavy pressure increased white blood cells, seratonin, and decreases cortisol. The release of tight muscles means more blood flow and faster recovery. If you can't find a woman that goes heavy enough get over the homophobia and let a man do it. Trust me the vast majority of therapist want your money not your ass.

I trained a girl for two years in exchange for deep tissue massages, she was awesome, at first was very painful but after a while got where I'd fall asleep in like one minute and not wake up till she was done. Was a great deal, loved it, she wanted more than just training and eventually ended our deal when I wouldn't give her any play.
