Been off all gear for a few months now. Had a successful pct. Prolactin came back low and estrogen writhin range. I have discharge coming from my nips.

What is it? How can I treat it?

I’ve been seeing my doctor about it. Confirmed gyno but the doc proclaimed it not being a very significant amount of tissue. Got an MRI on my pituitary everything my doc can see checks out and is not willing to do anything to treat it. Figured I’d take matters into my own hands and ask the vets on this forum.

Lactation requires the presence of Prolactin, Progesterone and Estrogen

It is likely one of those is elevated if not the Prolactin.

Also various medications can cause this. What else are you taking?

Got lumps? A *tiny* bit of fluid is not abnormal. Guys (not on gear) using nipple suckers will report small amounts. But if it's more than a couple of drops, then yeah.

Also, quit playing with it...you're only gonna make it worse.

You say estrogen and prolactin are in range, what about your total test?

My apologies all these tests were taken off any ancillary or PED. The correct dates are 11/16/2021,12/18/2021, and 1/12/2022 in that order. Don’t have an update on estradiol but I’ve had this problem for about 6 mos now. If estradiol was low 11/16/2021 I figured I could rule out estrogen being the culprit. But prolactin is low too.

Anywho, I had an ultrasound on my nips. Nothing but confirmed gyno and from their own mouth said it’s not bad and is hardly noticeable. I can tell because it’s my body. Doc says let’s keep an eye on it but there’s nothing we can do about it.

Also, they wanted an mri done to look at my pituitary gland. Not sure what they would be looking for. Maybe insurance $. But anywho they found nothing abnormal as to be expected.

I literally do not take any medication daily. I’ve been 100% PED free since July or august. In which I was finishing a pct with hcg, nolva, and clomid.

I must report, it’s not an excessive amount of fluid. When I found out my lady was biting me. Happened to but my nipple through the shirt and I found the discharge. It was a few drops. Since I’ll see if it’s gone away maybe once or twice a month. To no avail I am still able to get a few drops. It’s a milk yellow on the right and a darker clear brownish on the left.

Understanding none of this is normal. I am curious to know how to get rid of it. As well as what is causing this.

Your doc says it is "ok" but he works for you. Did you ask about surgery?

And I was only half joking about playing with it...stimulation *can* increase production/discharge.

lmao...it is *so* hard to explain to the wife/girlfriend that you have sensitive nips. Add a little man milk to that, and I can only imagine.

I would start with getting a new doc. He tells you “it’s fine no big deal” when you got fucking milk coming out of your tits? I’d have kicked him in the balls so hard he’d need to be on TRT for the rest of his life.

When I squeeze it. But when I was lifting on gear I remember feeling liquid in my shirt when I’d bench but didn’t think much of it. I thought I was just trippin. But now they just always look a little puffy to me. Unless it’s cold. Unless they get squeezed nothing comes out.

Congratulations for coming off and recovering well. Your body will continue to normalize for some months if you stay off. I wouldn't consider your discharge much of a concern if it were me. You went pretty much old school. If you do go back on you will likely respond like crazy now that you have normalized.
