You can't build much muscle with that low of estrogen.
I'm not taking any AI,

That's why I need to get it back up, I noticed I wasn't making my usual gains, thought is was the lower dose

Well I appreciate the subtle suggestions. Blood work is cheap, I will do so some adjustments, and see how it goes. The mast is new for me, so it's going to take trial and error, I have never been a higher converter, even when I was fluffier.
 
Still waiting on test level to come back, but my estradiol was That's 400mg week sust and 200mg week mast 20mg day provi. Dropping provi and go back in a few weeks and re-check, that explains my irritability.

I’ve heard that you don’t need an AI while running DHT compounds, but I didn’t realize how much they limit aromatizing. Surprising.

Personally, I’ve avoided Mast, Proviron, and Primo because my hair is on the thinner side. I still have most of it and would personally like to keep as much as I can.

Morning weight was 195.4, been shooting for 2750-2800 cal day. Feeling a whole lot better, getting bloods again in a week, to see how estrogen is doing. Haven't been posting much, been busy with life l, between building a cover for my camper and bought another truck and doing some stuff it, and a wild ass 2.5 year old girl.
