Usually 4 to 6 wks..
It's not one that bangs when it kicks in..
It's linear..a nice steady increase in strength and recovery..should notice joint relief..

I feel like I get good saturation at 6 weeks. I run it for at least 18 weeks. Anything less and I feel like I’m throwing it away cause it takes so long to saturate.
