So I plan to compete in October for the first time ever. Just wrapped up 16 weeks of cutting. Went from 278 to 232. Now we are reversing for 12 weeks. Eating 2600 cals and running 250 test 200 primo. We will do another 20 week cut/prep and I am looking for supplement suggestions. Currently considering test/primo/mast during that 20 week time frame. Not sure what amount/ratios or duration to run. Or
If this is a decent stack.

Out of curiosity…how much of a caloric surplus are you running at 2600 cals?
Definitely not a surplus at 5’7” 235#, but my bf percentage is still pretty high. This is just an increase during the reverse. We were down as low as 1500 for some time during the last 16 weeks.

cool…you said reversing your cut, so I was confused as to what 2600 cals was going to do for someone of your stature. Anywhoo, good luck and keep us posted!

I would strongly recommend a coach for prep who knows everything around diet and AAS. You will be changing drugs/Esthers every 4-6 weeks on prep as you get closer to the show. You will need to be properly peaked. Don’t fuck around. A show already costs enough. Do it right with a good coach.
