So I plan to compete in October for the first time ever. Just wrapped up 16 weeks of cutting. Went from 278 to 232. Now we are reversing for 12 weeks. Eating 2600 cals and running 250 test 200 primo. We will do another 20 week cut/prep and I am looking for supplement suggestions. Currently considering test/primo/mast during that 20 week time frame. Not sure what amount/ratios or duration to run. Or
