Hey Matt, I get it. You have always been obese and you lost a ton of weight and you are proud of your accomplishment and progress. No one is trying to take that from you. People were sincere in their attempts to offer you advice. People with experience were kind enough to share it with you for free. Can you please help me understand the logic in coming to a message board to ask for advice from people with more experience, then attacking everyone who does not tell you what you want to hear?

Bro nobody is giving advice just talking shit. I get it but if I wanted comedy I'd go to a club. I'm listening and have messaged a few people who's advice actually made sense. But as far as just listening to some of this is kinda dumb. My diet is in check I get regular bloodwork for only 200mg a week of test. I do cardio and am slowly increasing weights. I haven't even started cycle yet. I must be naturally lifted or something cause I've added almost 100 pounds to my bench in about 2 months of actually eating maintenance calories. I'm still dropping weight it's super slow about 1 pound a week but it's still there. I'm actually gonna be dropping the calories to about 2000 a day. Let's see if that kinda boosts the weight loss. Rn about 200 grams of protein a day and about 80 grams of carbs. And almost no fats maybe the most of about 15 grams or less a day

EVERYONE HERE is an advocate for gear.... if they are telling you that you are not ready there is a reason. if you do not want to listen thats fine go do your own thing. but to insult people trying to give you advice? has that worked for you in the past?

I'm gonna go with your diet isnt in check either... just by the way you speak... your talking about your diet like you dont know the exact macros.....

you can ask almost anyone here what there macros are and they can tell you exactly how many carbs proteins and fats they are eating each day to the gram.

if you are gonna take this seriously do it. but what you think is serious and what actually is are two different things

It was about 1700 but I ended up going up to maintenence calories of about 2400 but now ima go back down to about 2000 some are saying 1700 might be to low

When I add that up I get 1467 cal. you say you were aiming for 1700 but ate 2400 because to much chicken. I think this kind of shows the point everyone is making that you need to work on getting your diet 100% sorted. You dont have a great idea of what you are actually eating.

If you are going to start gear before you get sub 10% bodyfat make sure you use distal lower extremities only. Calves work and so do the lateral pinkey pads on the feet. The higher concentration stuff is preferred so go for highest dose and lowest volume available!
