You'd be surprised. I started a cut in September of 2024. I started at 218. I'm currently 186.4lbs this morning. I'm guesstimating that I'm around 11-13 BF%. I'm still working on dropping some weight. You have way more fat on you than you realize. My original goal was to get down to 195-200. That changed the minute I got to that weight. The guys above are giving you legitimate advice. Take it or leave it. Don't over complicate things.

Holy shit dude from 240 to 180 is insane. Id be like 5 percent body fat and would have to eat like a horse to gain mass
opposite. youd have to eat way less to gain mass. youre burning more calories in a day the heavier you are. so you can gain weight on ~3000 calories at 180, whereas u may need 4500 at 230.

but we honestly all view u as a fatfuck soccer mom with 0 potential since u lashed out at @TakeItEazy so u might wanna find a different board

You've been given the best advice you could get, don't take PEDs right now and continue to progress without them.

That's not the advice you want to hear though so you're just opinion shopping.

Good for you losing the weight. Just keep getting better in your training and diet because the gear comes third after those 2 things anyways.
