Get Shredded!
I'm 44, been on TRT since 2015 and only played around with a few compounds for fun a couple of times. 5'10" 214lbs, been lifting off and on since high school.

I have OCD and PTSD from my time in the Army so I try to avoid anything that causes anxiety (No Tren, thx) . Been wanting to add a little something extra to my current Test dosage to maybe aid in my remaining weight loss. Been slowly chipping away at my weight but even in a caloric deficit I've hit a couple of weeks where it's slowed to .2lbs loss per week, which isn't horrible but I've been dropping calories slowly over last couple of months and don't want to drop them too much more and can only do so much cardio.

I'm open to any ideas on something I can throw in, injectable or oral that will maybe help me shed a little of the water weight or aid in fat loss. I would love to get a decent cut in before my birthday in August and get below 200lbs.

Thanks!

I have some SB Primo, NPP, Test, Var, and Clen lying around (just not sure how to use it for my goals).
Wife also loves the SB stuff so that's all hers (besides the Test)

I suggest HGH starting at 2 IU before bed and tapering up... it’s been a game changer for me as far as sleep and fat loss.

What is your bodyfat now?

Never run SB labs but I’m sure their GH is good.. my advice was general.

Would be helpful if we saw a pic to see where you are bf wise. You mentioned you can't see your abs so I'm guessing it's fairly high.

Nowhere in my post did I mention I can't see my abs.

And I don't share photos online.

You don't want to drop calories or do more cardio but somehow want to lose another 14lbs of fat? Steroids aren't fat burners, their use on a cut is to maintain and maybe create new muscle tissue.

Try prayer and visiting local mystics.

I haven't done a DEXA in years but probably in the higher teens if I'm being honest with myself. I can still see obliques but middle abs are fading away now.

I'm in a 500 cal/day deficit based on my calculated maintenance calories, do 45-60min LISS cardio per day (7 days per week) and average 400 calories burned per session and lift weights 5 days per week. So yeah, I am hitting a wall, progress is stalling, it happens.

Just curious what some people use during cut cycles that may aid, or increase fat loss. Thanks

Anavar is a common addition to cutting cycles. Tren Ace too but I see you don’t like it. Honestly your best bet is to add some Tirzepatide and stay on a while. Too many reasons to list supporting my recommendation but hopefully you will read this and look into it because I’m certain it’s your best play here. It’s the ultimate game changer currently available. Retatrutide is another solid option but more expensive.

Tirzepatide will just make him eat less, which is most likely the answer, but we don’t know how much he’s currently eating. If he’s not deep enough to where he’s starving he could just cut calories willingly without a glp1 forcing him to.

Never heard of it, but will start doing some research. Thank you for some solid feedback, I'm not quick to jump onto anything so definitely want to research, pull some bloods, and then start something.

Yeah and what happens when people start "stalling" on a cut? They drop the energy balance more..
You're stalling because you're no longer in an energy deficit. Simple as.
