I'd still do PCT..I did..
Once your natural test is Gone..it's gone or too low....
Above 40...there are other factors to be Mindful of..A1C...blood sugar..Vitamin D..cholesterol..
Cardio is a must..Not an option..
Risk above 40 is something most ignore,Until a wake-up call, usually an ER visit or something way worse..
Avoid compounds with tuff sides or raise markers quick...
Train Smart...no injuries or setbacks due to foolish crap...or just being stupid..
Diet and Cardio are your best weapons against the inevitable...Time..
I don't max often..I don't need to push it hard anymore...nothing left to prove..
