Cruise at Trt dose or not

I have always just pct a couple months after a cycle and let my body reset to normal. I do loose some gains doing that. I am 40 now and thought of just staying on a Trt dose but I know that’s gonna turn life long. Which doesn’t really bother me. Just curious what everyone else does when they are getting my age.

At 40...most start to feel and see a lack of energy, sex drive and watching estrogen in riched shows...ie..the View..lol
If you're still in a natural level...Off..
I'd still do PCT..I did..

Once your natural test is Gone..it's gone or too low....
Above 40...there are other factors to be Mindful of..A1C...blood sugar..Vitamin D..cholesterol..
Cardio is a must..Not an option..

Risk above 40 is something most ignore,Until a wake-up call, usually an ER visit or something way worse..
Avoid compounds with tuff sides or raise markers quick...

Train Smart...no injuries or setbacks due to foolish crap...or just being stupid..
Diet and Cardio are your best weapons against the inevitable...Time..
I don't max often..I don't need to push it hard anymore...nothing left to prove..
Volume is how I approach lifting Today..
I have a routine of supplements and protocols for my fight against C...

But..
I am living life my way, trying to follow God and learning everyday..and laughing..
Not taking anything that seriously..

April off with brief PCT
May TRT

Years of experience and trial by fire..in those early yrs of no WWW....lol
Always believe in one or two cycles a yr..
Reduces the Risk exponentially..

I do bloodwork often.. and so far everything has always been great. Sometimes elevated red blood cells but nothing crazy and that’s on cycle. My test is naturaly 420 which is low normal. After a month and a half I am usually close to my natural normal. I would love to be around 600 when off cycle but I just know when I do I’ll probably never get my natural levels back. Maybe that’s not really a downside

Downside is what comes with TRT.
Prostate problems, scar tissue, enlarged heart and wanting to bang All Hot Chicas..some not so hot..but that was a long time ago..lol
There are other options other than pinning..
Explore those..
Good you're doing bloodwork..
Those slightly higher than normal, usually can be brought down with some diet adjustments and good effective cardio..
In 5 yrs...where do you want to be..??

Well I ran only one cycle in my 20s and no more until around 35 and have ran a few since but I have always constantly lifted for the last 20 years. I would love to put 10-15 pounds on then concentrate on just maintaining. I just lift for myself I set personal goals and enjoy trying to reach them. I don’t need to be the strongest guy in the gym I just wanna look decent and feel good. Fresh outa divorce about 2 years and am with a good woman now so I am not gonna run anything to high a dose that might turn me into a asshole.. been there 😂

Definitely like doing a cycle when everything is feeling good. I can’t deny the fact, I feel my best on my TRT dose. NPP is my favorite compound but by the end I’m feeling a bit sluggish (10 weeks) .. it really sucks that putting on more mass isn’t in my best interest at 53.

Yeah I just came off test and dbol cycle. I think the dbol was poor quality I wasn’t satisfied but I was feeling sluggish after 8 week run and am currently lifting natty lol. I’ve noticed last few years to listen to my body more.

There are many doctors who believe that TRT therapy has more positive benefits than negative ones. That it can actually extend your life and not shorten it. Add in the fact that you will actually feel good and look good and in my opinion it is worth it. Each individual needs to make that choice for himself. The problem is that some people believe that 250 or 300mg per week is a TRT dose. And maybe for some rare people it is but only proper monitoring by a doctor or constantly getting blood work will tell you that. I'm too far past the point of no return to not do TRT and after recently losing the only person that ever mattered to me, the added depression of low T would be disastrous for me.

I especially miss my girl today...
