Oldest lives by herself and the youngest eats out mostly. Wife is a stay at home mom so she eats whatever but only eats salad with me at dinner.

Sunday is the only time we all sit down together and eat.

But yes I’m spoiled because meal prep is a lot of work and she does it all

I think it was like $50 on Amazon. The stand I forgot to mention was $40 from Home Depot. It’s a V shaped roller stand and holds like 250lbs. Fairly inexpensive for the 2. I think my landmine attachment was around $50 as well

Next I’m getting a Bulgarian Split Squat stand and a Sissy Squat machine

All is good. Bama pulled it off Saturday . Won’t make Playoffs but still a fun game to watch.

Daughter is starting Auburn in the fall of 2024 so I’ll be a Tiger fan one day a year.

She’ll finish up high school soccer this year but is coming off her second meniscus tear along with all the other knee issues. No school will touch her now for offers. She’s on a partial academic now. Could go full academic at Miss State but doesn’t like the campus

High BP is in my family also. I’m on 2 meds. Amlodipine and Lisinopril not like that’s a brag or anything
