I’ve had only one true workout partner. That’s when I was in the Air Force in 91-93. He was a local football coach and he was CT Fletcher 2.0. Other than the hair he was just like him. I have no idea why he took to me the way he did. I was a 19yr old punk kid. He taught History at School besides coaching and it was a life lesson everyday with him. 6 days a week consistent. I miss him still till this day.

It was pretty crazy here last weekend but we already knew before they even shown the interstate footage. The truth spread quick within the community 👍🏽

She didn’t know that camera was on 459 interstate. I never knew that either and live 2 miles from there.

She’s a spoiled brat that wanted attention but didn’t think it thru. She’s still not talking to the police or the press except thru her attorney

They had a birthday party for her over the weekend and a ton of people showed up.

It’s all dying down now here though

Beach trip later this week to celebrate 29 yr wedding anniversary. I have a picture of my then girlfriend now wife from 31yrs ago we took and I still have the PowerShack t shirt I was wearing in the picture. Gonna try and re-take it at the beach. My wife said it’s corny and I said the kids will love it years down the road in a side by side frame. We’ll see 😂

Beach trip was really good. Weather cooperated and the water was perfect.
Went to Margaritaville the night of Buffets death but not really a huge fan of his but kids wanted to go

I’m on a cruise currently with GC’s Test E and thinking of dropping down to 195-200lbs and making a run at the Spartan Beast in Atlanta in March.
It’s the only one I haven’t done. Already told my wife I’m going to get hurt whether it’s a tear or break something’s going to happen I already know but it’s been on my revenge/bucket list since the Super I did a few years back and tore my Bicep and partial tricep.

I’ll decide next month on that

I’m ready for some cooler weather for us southerns especially during football season. Yeah my better half is starting to put out a few Halloween decorations as well.

Haven’t talked much about my diet (hate that word) in awhile. So here’s a typical week Monday thru Friday and yes same thing every day

3am Dave’s Killer Bread (Toast) with PB and coffee

5am PWO 4 eggs, protein shake, small cup of unsweetened applesauce

6:30am : banana, rice cakes

8:15am : Can of tuna with protein noodle’s

10:30am : Can of tuna with protein noodle's, apple

12:00pm : Small cup of PB

1:15pm : Can of tuna with protein noodle’s

3:30pm : Can of tuna with protein noodle’s

6:30pm : Cod with white rice and salad

8:00pm : Most times bowl of Cheerios or rice Chex

Pretty boring but easy for my wife to prepare daily for me

Oldest lives by herself and the youngest eats out mostly. Wife is a stay at home mom so she eats whatever but only eats salad with me at dinner.

Sunday is the only time we all sit down together and eat.

But yes I’m spoiled because meal prep is a lot of work and she does it all 👍🏽
