6’ 215lbs current weight

Getting after those summer abs Crew?

I’m a little over 200lbs I’m curious if the Mast P would give me a little extra lean look. But then again, my diet is not a clean as I’ve seen yours in the past. I’d probably have to work on that first.

If diet is good it will help with looking harder and more vascular. I like it with all cycles myself being that it’s pretty mild and complements everything.
If extra lean is what you desire you need to add the dark side (Tren A). Test,Mast,Tren is a staple cycle for summer

I can honestly say I never seen a full Stars Wars movie in its entirety. Caught the end of Empire Strikes back and Darth Vader is one ugly dude without the helmet

Work is busy as always. Working 6-7 days a week. 10-11 hour days

Family is good. Wife’s been doing really good health wise. We still walk 4 miles a day every day. It’s a positive daily milestone that we never miss unless something comes up

Yeah I’m at 215lbs. I can’t eat anymore than what I eat. The recomp is always good though in the summer. I lower carbs and up protein as much as I can. No rocket science anymore. I feel best at 210-215lbs and really focus on my form and quality reps. I always wonder how far I could really push myself if I had a workout partner that was one tier above me.
I just stick to what works best for me and that’s always higher volume lower rest workouts 6 days a week
If you do the math with work hours , workouts, walking and family time. I sleep very little but it’s my routine and it works.

That's a great point about having a partner.....I'm sure you would take you to a new level.

I’ve had only one true workout partner. That’s when I was in the Air Force in 91-93. He was a local football coach and he was CT Fletcher 2.0. Other than the hair he was just like him. I have no idea why he took to me the way he did. I was a 19yr old punk kid. He taught History at School besides coaching and it was a life lesson everyday with him. 6 days a week consistent. I miss him still till this day.
