My starting and ending pictures. This was February post Covid and winter blah till now. Just moderate cruise and blast no crazy doses. Test E / NPP/ Mast P first blast then after a short cruise just Test E 500 ew and Mast P 450 ew.

I’m just an old gym rat that enjoys working out and will probably die working out. I’ve torn both biceps ,right tricep and slight tear in left rotator cuff and regret none of it. Work out alone listening to music I love and do what II believe works best for me. I’m not crazy huge by far but enjoy trying.

As always GC gear is smooth no pip and the only lab I trust after years of dealing with him and Ldog and the only one I recommend if you’re able to deal with them.

Good job man that's cool. I'm 52 and do all same as you except workout alone at a gym (WOA). Love heavy music while lifting too, especially thrash. You look great- good recomp/transformation.
