Tuesday - Shoulder Day!!

Had another great workout this morning. Went in fasted this morning, orals and coffee only. At the gym at 6am, out by 7:10. By the time I got to my 2nd set of Arnold presses, my delts were so pumped up, I had a hard time moving my arms. Had to take way more than 45 seconds between sets from then on. Dropped on my lateral raise today - felt a little sharp pain in the cuff area so I dropped down and continued on.

Calorie intake has leveled out - finding it hard to hit the 2200 calories the past couple of days, just not hungry but forcing it down.

I'm saving all my extra macros for the winter bulk!! Then my wife will say "WTF!! I thought you were pig before but this is ridiculous!!"

Great rest last night - almost a full 9 hours!! Haven't had that much sleep at one time in years (decades?). This morning, up at 4:45am at the gym at 5:45, out at 6:50. Ran quickly through my stretching, pushups and abs, then right into chest. Workout was great, I was energized and felt really good. I had to change my sequence a little due to the number of people in the free weight area. Chest pump was good, not extreme like yesterday, just right. I was able to focus very well on mind to muscle and controlled, proper form.

Calories steady at 2200 yesterday. Weight was 198# this morning. I don't seem to be losing weight on the scale. The mirror is starting to show more definition and the separation in the deltoids, pecs, abs and obliques. Still have a thin layer I need to get rid of. Skin is not sagging or loose from my 34% BF measurement 7 months ago. Getting a little more vascular every day. Tomorrow is the end of week 4 of the cycle. I changed my routine from training muscle groups 2 or 3 times a week to one time a week. Not sure that is working for me yet, I was hoping to see more gains. But, this is a cutting cycle, not a bulk. I'll give it another 4 weeks and see what time does for me.

No, really, SB hex is smooth as silk, no sides, sleeping well, good appetite. The low dose is great! I was wrong on the dates, Monday will be the 4 week mark. The tren hex is kicking in big time. I'm seeing changes daily.

Nice!!,been tempted to add it to what I'm doing..120 highest I ever ran it..def a different feel than ace

I hesitated at the beginning to see if I was going to add it or not. I am happy I did and went with a low dose as it was the advice given by some of the best here on ASF.

I didn't see or feel anything until a few days ago. No sides at all so far. Just growth. Give it time and keep with your planned dosage. Not sure how fast Tri will kick in, I'd wait and see then adjust if necessary

Checked weight this morning - 196#
Last 2 days were 2100 of a road trip home. Passed on the shitty food at the gas stops and the fast food. Opted for coffee, protein drinks and a few pieces of jerky. Yesterday was 20 hours in the seat. I feel like hell today...But I am home.

Up at 5am, weighed in at 196# again, had a protein drink and my supplements. Went to work in my home office, was able to get my shoulder workout done between phone calls.

I can see a difference in being at the gym vs. my home gym. I need more equipment and less distractions at home!! Shoulders felt really good today, may bump the front and lateral raise weight up.

Yesterday, I dropped to 2000 and ended up 180 below that level. I felt like I had less energy today, but it could be from the 2 days of driving cross country catching up to me.
