They are great!! Having all the usual side effects. But I'm making gains again and I believe it has a lot to do with the GH working synergistically together with the AAS and a little slin.

I'm cruising now 😢 on test and low dose deca with the 2iu hgh with proviron and cialis daily I already miss the tren and mast lol

It'll all pay off! Take a few weeks.. those receptors will be fresh and ready to absorb again. You'll come back bigger and stronger than ever!

Hump day!!

At 530am, I popped the 25mg Anavar, 25 mg Proviron and 40mcg Clenbuterol. Been ready to hit legs since 630am but got to more work to do first...

I've used Magnum, Ma-x-treme and Beligas Anavar and Clen in my previous cycle and TRT. The SB Clen seems to be more potent and lasts all day. The others, I would get a rush around 9-10 am then would fizzle out. The SB Anavar is giving me serious back and shoulder pumps with every workout. I've been hitting the weights in the afternoons and I still have the Clen energy and Anavar back pumps.

SB Test E and Mast E are super smooth, no sides from the Tren Hex other than a little heat that I associated with the Clen.

Leg day scheduled routine:

Romanian Deadlift 4 x 15
Leg Extensions 4 x 15
Ham Curls 4 x 15
Lunges 4 x 15 each leg
Calf Raises 6 x 15

Abs:

Sit ups - 4 x 15 - BW
Crunches 4 x 20
Leg Raises 4 x 20
Heal touches 4 x 15
Standing Elbow to Knee Touches 4 x 20

@CoffeeS I've ran Tren Ace and E as high as 600mg a week. Like I said right now I'm running 350mg Tren Hex a week. Going into third week. 50mg a day.

Strength is on the rise definitely looking a little more vascular.

I'd say 100mg a week is a great starting point. Just tread the water see how you feel maybe up the dose in a few weeks.

I have not used GH. I have used peptides AOD9604, BPC157 and TB500. And some MT-2
I've only been running it for about 3 or 4 weeks now and it's a game changer for real, you'll see what I'm sayin. It's almost like it makes the anabolics work better. Need to do more research on the synergistic effects.

It's amazing. Like @Jbswole40 said though, it's a long game. But just a little water retention that you immediately get intramuscular is an awesome look. I never hold water. I put on 5 pounds in a week and looks like I blown up. Not that soft shitty look, still lean and hard.

Could have something to do with my slin usage as well.. those are two new items I've recently added to the Arsenal makin real gainz again.

Macros and calories are looking good. I've dropped to 2200 calories for this week and fine tuning the macros. I am reducing the carbs slowly.

Happy Friday or for me, Happy Back Day!!

I'm loving the SB gear. I feel fuller, thicker and seem to have a slight back and trap pump 24/7. 3rd pin yesterday, can't even tell. Lots of energy today.

This morning, I was 196#. Yesterdays calories ended up at 1700. 500 short of the 2200 cut level. The bad thing is I was short 84 grams of protein...I was planning on dropping to 2000 on Monday and with the food intake over the last few days, I don't feel that will be an issue. I will need to adjust my macros accordingly to cut a few more carbs and keep higher protein.

Here we go: yesterday I was at 2090 calories, macros were about even, short on protein again.

Scale says 195 this morning. I'm keeping my size and strength while losing that last little bit of body fat. Slowly but surely, it's going away. Down almost 4 pounds from start day. Yesterday's workout was great. I had plenty of energy and strength, got a great back pump and felt like I was able to push the heavier weights easy.

Going to try and get a light leg day in today and a 2 mile hike.

Alright... I'm on the road again for a couple of weeks. I checked into my hotel around 1am Monday. Got up, not early enough,` and hit that purple gym yesterday in Rapid City. Not a bad place, 8:30 rolls around and the place is swamped. I dropped the preacher curls and only ran 3 sets instead of my usual 4. Too many people getting too close and not enough weights to go around. I need to get back on the 4:45 am schedule to beat the crowd.

Weekend diet was on point at between 1800 and 2200 calories. No shit food or fast food. My cooler of road food was baked chicken thighs, bison burgers, protein drinks and a couple of apples. Diet has been great - well - until last night. Got to my sons place at 11pm and he has fettuccini alfredo ready, chicken breast and broccoli. Great meal, but, I passed my calories by 600 with that plate! Not sure if the Tren is starting to kick in or if it was the carb loading at 11pm, but I was sweating last night.

I did a short stretch routine then started on the arms. Had a lot of strength. Feel like I can bump up in weight again. Shoulder and wrist are feeling great. I was able to close grip barbell heavier and without shoulder pain. Rest between sets was 30 to 45 seconds.

skull crusher - 3 x 15 - 60#

Another long day with work and driving yesterday, I didn't get time to hit a gym. Made up for it today, got a week pass at a decent local place in the Midwest for $15.

Sets were slow and controlled, solid delt pump. 45 to 60 second rest between sets. This trip, the road is not my friend. I'm not getting quality rest, I don't feel like I'm making gains or getting closer to being "shredded". Rollercoaster on food this week: Monday 2775 calories, Tuesday was 1600 calories, Wednesday 2525 and today 1650. Over the first 3 weeks of this cutting cycle, I have gone from 2600 to 2400 now to 2200 calories and I don't feel like the mirror is showing any change. Monday, I plan on dropping to 2000 calories and bumping cardio to a faster walk / run.

Getting back on the 5:30am training schedule tomorrow, maybe that will get it started. I have also gone from training muscle groups 2 or 3 times a week to only one time a week with more exercises and 4 sets of 15 reps. Yeah, I know, you'd be at the limit at your pre-workout meal - hell, maybe just your supplements!!! Once I am done with this cut, I'll bulk and I'll be able to eat again!!
I'm at my fathers place, he's 83 and he's making fun of my "special old man diet"

I got more sleep last night than usual, almost 7 hours. Got up, had my protien drink and BCAAs. Went to work out. Gym had only a few people in so it was a breeze getting through the sets and reps today.

Yesterday's calories were only at 1600. Another day lower than I want. Hope to correct that today. Going shopping for chicken, burger and steak.

Good Morning!

Hell of a workout this morning. I was up at 5am, pinned my gear and was at the gym by 6:10 and ready to rock and roll! Arm pump was fantastic, felt like my skin was paper thin and super tight. Diet has been consistent at the 2200 calories for the last few days. Preworkout protein drink with a scoop of BCAA's and 2 cups of coffee. Add in the clenbuterol and I was energized. Tren Hex seems to be showing itself appearance and performance wise, but no sides to speak of.

Shoulder and wrist felt great, no pain with the barbell bench. May have to increase the weights and see how the joints do.
