I’m smashin legs tomorrow. Can’t wait. I can’t use my elbow so I decided I’ll hit legsLegs today. Great workout, great pump with lighter weight, slow and controlled movements.
Diet today was over on fat and low on carbs. Protein was right on. Today was 2430 calories.
