Legs today. Great workout, great pump with lighter weight, slow and controlled movements.

Diet today was over on fat and low on carbs. Protein was right on. Today was 2430 calories.

Dumbell squats 4 x 15
Leg Extensions 4 x 15
Ham Curls 4 x 15
Lunges 4 x 15 each leg
Calf Raises 6 x 15
I’m smashin legs tomorrow. Can’t wait. I can’t use my elbow so I decided I’ll hit legs

Here we go - Yesterday, I was about 500 calories short of 2600, just was not hungry. Forced an evening meal of 2 chicken thighs and 3/4 cup rice. I thought today would be a hard day working out due to the low food intake. This morning I took 25mg Anavar and 40mcg Clen with a protein drink. Chased it with a 16oz coffee, sugar and half & half (or, as I call it, diet cream). Was so energized that I took lunch early and worked out. Lots of energy - SB Clen is the real deal... Back pump was great! Had so much energy, I thought of bumping the weight higher - maybe next week.

Back Day:
Bent Rows - 4x15
Seated Cable Row - 4x15
Dumbbell Row - 4x15
Lat Pull Down - 4x15
Dumbbell Pullover - 4x15
Deadlift - 4x15 and 1x25

Thank you Vision - I could not have done this without the help of ASF and the incredible members here. I have a long way to go and I look forward to the journey! So many of you have threads and posts that motivated me. I'm no Frank Zane, but I am going to have a fantastic time trying to catch up!

Calories yesterday hit my goal of 2400, macros were off a little - more carbs than I wanted. Got a decent 6 hours of straight sleep last night. Up at 6am, coffee then the dogs took me for a drag. They must have smelled deer or a bear and they pulled me like blood hounds today...The 1/2 mile walk back uphill, the leashes were slack. 25 minutes of fasted cardio, felt good. 2nd round of cardio tonight after my dinner meal.

199 pounds this morning.

Going to change the diet up a bit starting today. More protein and fat, less carbs and try to drop the calories to 2200. I'll stop eating after dinner unless I have a solid protein snack.

Incredible shoulder and trap pump today. Getting a little more vascular.

that's on tomorrow's menu. Today was cubed chicken breast baked in cream of chicken soup over 1/2 cup of rice.

yeah, just wait until I pare this calorie count down again. Got work to do before I can crank up the calories and bulk!!

I learned to eat alot better lately and it's paying off,I do have a cheat at times,but it's not crazy..keep doing what u doing..love the log

I work at home and live 1.5 hours from a McDonalds so it's not hard for me to skip that cheat meal. Unless I make spaghetti sauce and down 2 pounds of pasta, meatballs, garlic bread, wine...I think I just figured out my 1st meal after this cut. 😋
