Cialis, Carditone, and L-Arginine (To Lower BP)

Been trying to do some reading and kinda curious y'alls thoughts... Is it safe to take these alongside one another?

Trying to find a combo that will assist with lowering my BP, without taking more RX's.

I am around 130/65 presently, while taking Amlodopine, Losartan and Carditone, presently. Along with the occasional Cialis.

Looking to add L-Arginine into the mix, but wanted to check here for some feedback.
