I want to Ditch my TRT company and DIY so I can optimize better.

Just recieved my latest labs back and they are great And have no side effects.
My problem is I need to cut some weight solid 25lbs witch I have done before. i look like a fat power lifter. Keto and fasting have worked well in the past. I plan on using some clen for the first time to help this along.
Is there anything I can do with trt.
To help this weight loss along? Or am I changing to much.

Im 51 and successfully been on Dr prescribed TRT for 2.5years.
Test Cyp 200mg/ml per week 1mg .2x100mg injections per week. Anastrozole 1mg.
Gonadorelin HCL 1ml per week.

I'm in the same boat as you with the weight loss. It's all diet and cardio. I'm taking some cardine (Gw501516) before my workout it gives me all kind of energy and it helps with fat burning and ramping up my cardio to 45-1hr.

I’d reevaluate using clen for cutting excess weight. I’d only use that stuff to finish off a shred for a competition or to make weight for x sport. I experienced rapid heart rate at rest, over 170 bpm doing light cardio, rise in body temp, headache, could hear my pulse while at rest and when going to bed. Was it helping? Yes, I’d burn a few more extra calories during my cardio sessions. Were the sides worth it? Not to me. I started at 20-40mcg and sides were there at those dosages. Simply track your calories, and take food out. Add time to your cardio sessions. Drink nothing, but water.

I am 58 single digit body fat. Gear will not make you lose fat by itself and its very simple, cardio which I do seven days a week and calorie deficit. I have guys telling me they eat clean and they cant lose weight. Once we put it on paper we find out not only they are not eating clean, they are also way above daily calorie intake protocol let alone deficit. Also, high in fat and protein and ditch the carbs like your keto diet. Clen will help you bun extra three to five hundred calories depending on your cardio and diet so if thats not in check no use.

Seriously take a look at your daily calorie intake. I am sure you will find the issue there. Good luck brother.

I hear the cardio. I used todo iron man triathlon but had to stop running due to injury. Walking supersets these days.

Start tracking everything you consume. Find your maintenance calories and eat under maintenance. More compounds are not necessary. Good luck!
